Great views!

I mainly chose this course because of location, and the special price online. Normal price was $65 for 18 holes, but there was a price special for $40 at 11:20 AM on their website. We could’ve went to Sevierville just down the road for $45, but since we stayed at the RiverStone, and got the special price, we chose Gatlinburg. The GPS equipped carts are really cool. It provided a course overview and electronic scoring. The guy in the clubhouse was nice. The grounds-keepers were very considerate to stop and shut off the equipment if nearby when teeing off.

My biggest complaint is that they did not allow any carts on the fairway on ANY hole. We even asked for an exception because my father-in-law, 76, is a disabled veteran who is a leg-amputee, and they still said no.

Mark

The only problem was that the greens had suffered badly from the heat and drought of the tar summer. Other than that the course is outstanding!! Would definitely okay again.

Very challenging layout, many blind shots, multiple elevated greens and some steeply slanted fairways. Late fall conditions and lots of leaves.but large fun. Will be back!

1st Class

As many times that I've been to the mountains & played golf I had never played this course. What a mistake on my part...Definitely enjoyed playing this course. Only negative i can say about it was the fact it was cart path only for the first nine, but didn't mind that. I will definitely play this course again.

Day out with my son

Drove 3 hours to spend some time with my son. Relax! Looking forward to playing this course but was greeted with dry unfriendly people. I've played all over the United States and I have had this treatment but not in the South. The fellow on the Start box on #1 tee box never made eye contact and seemed to hate what he was doing. I have no problem paying $40 to play 9 holes but do expect some hospitality. This is a tourist course that doesn't care if you come back or not. It's a shame but true. I value my time with my son but do expect some appreciation. Not the only course in town I'll say. God Bless

Very Interesting and Fun

They have improved the course, clubhouse and amenities a lot in the 20 years since last I played here. The extreme elevation changes and many blind tee and some blind second shots add to the experience but can be frustrating the first time you play here. However, I’ll have fond memories of both times I’ve played it and the extreme ness and natural beauty of the course and surroundings will bring me back again. I was glad to see that they are reinvesting in the course and that it was in better shape now than 20 years ago. # 12 200 yard par 3 with a huge decent from the top of a mountain made me laugh again at the “sheer” ridiculousness of the required shot - very fun!

A Blast On The Course

I played with my son-in-laws for the first time in August. A great layout with a lot of really pretty looks. The course is challenging yet we were able to move along at a pace that allowed us to enjoy the layout and it’s views. We particularly liked a hole near 15-16 where the tee box is extraordinarily high above the green.

Had huge fun and will definitely go back.

Awful

Course was in HORRIBLE shape. Tee boxes were a mess, greens were filled with crab grass, fairways haven’t been cut, and the bugs were like a scene from a Stephen King novel. Save your money and golf Bent Creek or LITERALLY ANY OTHER COURSE including mini golf.
