Course was nice
I liked the layout it is challenging and a lot of variety. Getting to and from the parking lot to the golf course is poorly set up you need to get a ride in a curtisey cart to get around.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Played the Palmer course today with my two boys. The course was in GREAT shape. That's saying something given the time of year. The staff was amazing!!! Craig was extremely helpful. As if that wasn't enough, it was extremely cold...too cold to golf. We could only play nine. Although they didn't have to, the pro shop gave us a rain check. First-class.

Narrow with some small greens
Played for the first time today and course was tough. Bery narrow fairways with lots of water and bogs. Pace of play was great as our 4some finished in under 4 hours. Greens we very fast

Very enjoyable time at Saddlebrook. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Greens were nice lots of breaks so ball position is important, but they rolled very true and are in excellent condition, with only a few minor blemishes. Fairways nice and pretty wide open. Overall a very nice course and will be back. Also we were lucky enough to get put out on the Palmer course, without asking for upgrade.

Greens were rolling at a 10... which is always great. Winter conditions in a few places in the fairways with thin lies.

Course is in fair condition. Fairways are a bit thin, but playable. Greens are nice, not overly fast, hold approach shots well. Beverage cart came by on front nine, but we were disappointed that she was not around at all on the back nine.

Beautiful course..!!
With all the restrictions going on was totally different experience at Saddlebrook.
No forced valet parking which I like...course was in good shape, greens fast and true...have played it 4 times through the years, would gladly go back.
