Challenging, but fun course.

It's somewhat of a links style course on a lot of holes. Probably the toughest greens I've ever putted on.

Major undulation on greens and the course in general. You have to know where to hit it on the greens or else you're better off leaving it short and chipping/putting.

Greens we're still coming off irrigation, can't imagine how fast they are when they are in better shape.

Great value, hard course, but fun.

Challenging and well maintained course

Very well maintained fairways and greens. The greens that are not the traditional flat greens, are really challenging and fast. There are different challenges in each hole, with long pars four and five. Despite the few pars and no birdies in my round, I enjoyed a lot playing for the second time in a month this course. The only observation was the pace, it was very slow, 5 1/2 hours to complte the round. But honestly, I was expecting it because it was completely booked. Will definitely play it again.

You’ll have to play this course a handful of times before you really appreciate it. It’s a great track. If you play well, you can score well. But you really get punished if you’re off though.

Great course, great value

Played the course yesterday for the first time and I was wildly impressed. As a single I played 18 in about 2 hrs 15 min and enjoyed every minute. The layout is is challenging, but fair, with few forced carries. The greens were quick, but not too fast. The Gil Hanse design reminds me a little bit of his Streamsong Black course in Florida. For the cost to play to the course, the value is one of the best anywhere!!

Great Course Design

Designed by Gil Hanse, Geoff Shackelford and Jim Wagner, this is a very fun and interesting round of golf. Not a poorly designed hole on the entire golf course. And, the course was in the best condition I've seen due to the heavy winter rains and cool temperatures. Get out and play before the summer heat turns everything brown.
