Needs serious attention
You'd never know that this course and the City's other course (Diamond Oaks) are managed by the same people. Course is in terrible condition tee to green. Not worth $20/round let alone $39 GN "deal". Won't be back. Too many other better maintained courses at similar price in the area.
Great course bad Pace
The course overall was great! First time playing here, the greens were in fair shape and fast. Only complaint, there was no Marshall to help with pace of play. The 4-some in front of us backed up our 4-some and three more behind us. We had to wait at least 5 minutes to tee off every hole from hole 4 on.
Course in bad shape
Course is in pretty bad shape right now. For $50 a round I expect a lot better. Hopefully they’ll get it back in shape but wouldn’t recommend playing it anytime soon.
Over priced
We were charged 50$ a person and 80% of the course is under repair. The conditions were terrible. One of the par 5 was reduced to only being 100 at a make shift tee box set up in the middle of the fair away. The greens were in terrible shape. Way over priced.
Fairways are rough.
A lot of bad spots on the fairways that probably should have been addressed sooner.
First time in a long time, but now last the time
I’m not a critical guy, and I don’t do bashing yelp reviews. But it’s very sad to see that the course that I loved so much 10 years ago, was in such terrible disrepair, dead Sawgrass everywhere, all of the hazards overgrown, the bunkers hard pan, and even the golf tees completely wiped out with sawgrass. There was no course management even possible. I spoke to the people inside afterwards very reluctantly, sad actually. And they told me it was the fault of the city of Roseville maintenance at Woodcreek. I’m sorry, but it was just terrible. I can’t possibly ever spend that kind of money on a golf experience again, especially with friends.
Summer has taken its toll
Pertinent to late August early September 2020 - The hot weeks of August have brunt the fairways, tee boxes and some greens badly. they are now over watering to salvage so there are many foot high grass swamps in the fairways (few are marked for free drops) and at $50 simply not worth it. There are better choices at that price point.
Condition
Probably due to the hot summer, the course has many ares that have no grass at all, also a number of soggy areas.
