Challenging course, Well maintained
Course is well maintained for a muni course. Fairly Difficult
Great test of long and short holes, not a bombers course, some scenic holes too!
Really like this course, lots of fun, a few funky holes, staff is always friendly. Pace of play is generally good but not recently, wish the Marshall would have stepped up and talked with the slower groups, or at least informed us why it was going so slow. For all the recent rain course was not bad and greens were firm, no standing water in traps. For sure a return several times in 2013!
not happy
We had a 7:15 am tee time, checked in at 6:45 am. Was told at 7 am there would be a frost delay. I understand that the they can't control the weather. The delay was for 1 hr, turned into 1 hr and 45 minutes. Put us out on the course as a shotgun start. started on #6. When we made it to the #1 hole,they had packed so many players in that it took us a half an hour to play #1. by this time it was 12.30 pm. We were not able to finish due to the back log which they caused by the proshop sending out more players,knowing there were players on the course that are coming around and might want to finish their rounds on the same day they started.We could not wait another 1 1/2 to finish the next four holes and left. When we turned in our cart keys the manager blew us off like it was no big deal, and said there was nothing he could do for us. Maybe taking care of the golfers that make reservations in advance would be a start
Never goin back
Didn't like the layout and the course was in bad shape greens had no true roll to em as well as the greens were long and slow
Slow !!
By the 2nd hole it was backed up 3 groups deep.. Left at the turn....waited 12 minutes at # 9 .. Very dissappointing !!
Challenging
The course is challenging to all. The course is maintained well and the staff is friendly.
Every hole has nice challenges, doglegs, woods & water.
It takes a few rounds to learn which parts of each fairway to hit to. It is one of my favorite courses.
Well Maintained
Had great day out on the course. Went as a single and was paired with three others who were very nice. Pace of play was good (just over 4 hours). Course is in good shape.
Course knowledge is helpful...but course not too difficult.
The grasses are in good condition. Pretty wide fairways with some challenging doglegs. Fun course in a quite neighborhood. Nice practice areas as well.
Sister course to Diamond Oaks, but longer.
Course is in decent condition. Difficult to walk as the distances from greens to next tees are long, especially on the front nine. Difficult to play the first couple of times, as there are several blind tee shots.
Layout
The course layout is fantastic and challenging for all handicaps! The greens were flawless and the fairways looked like they were torn from the pages of a magazine!
