shortt par 4's long par 3's
senior community can be slow at times. great course to work irons & short game. very well maintained good area for golf course
golf this course often
I golf oakmont east often. it has some long par three's and the course is in moderate condition most of the season.
Nice 18 hole executive course
Short par fours and a few long par 3s. Well maintained with usually good greens. Generally not very busy. There is a fair amount of variety, but no real elevation changes.
Executive course that is good for a quick 18 that can challenge you.
Oakmont has two courses; the Championship and the Executive. Both courses have challenging but true greens and nice layouts. The courses drain well in the winter and can take play throughout the year. The staff in the clubhouse is courteous and make you feel at home. The ground crew stop work for you as you play through and even tip their caps for good shots. The course meanders through the homes in Oakmont and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. This course has shots that can challenge any golfer and rewards the smart player who plays position golf. This is a course to play for a fun round with friends or go out as a single. Good value, view and relaxing which is what golf should be.
would not play it again for the price
Pretty well maintained course and greens. Excellent GPS on the carts. A lot of par threes and drivable par fours, if you're hitting straight if not its a dangerous course there are houses very close on either side of the fairway throughout the entire course. A little expensive for a small course.
Course was in great shape and very challenging.
I would play this course anytime. It is a great course and the staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed the round I had and the three guys I played with liked it too.
This course is very relaxed, well maintained and appealing to an average player
This course is easily managed by players of all skill levels. The greens are in good condition and in wet weather the drainage is very good.Sand traps were soft and playable, and the fairways were in good shape.
