About
Located only minutes away from downtown Tampa, Rogers Park Golf Course offers easy access to Tampa International Airport and also the beautiful beaches of Tampa Bay. Although it has a convenient location near many attractions, it is secluded from the noise of busy streets and neighborhoods since the Hillsborough River almost completely surrounds it. The scenic golf course has water hazards coming into play on several holes and there are sand bunkers throughout. In addition to the course, Rogers Park is known for their extensive practice facilities. They boast of having one of Tampa's finest driving ranges and their three-hole course provides excellent short game practice.

Course in good shape
They have improved immensely in last year. Well worth the money
Would not recommend
After hole10 ppl started playing ahead of us out of nowhere. Grew to six players 4 carts. Delayed. Delayed. Delayed. Chatting. Laughing. Lounging.
Mentioned it to park ranger and he did nothing. Drove right past them.
Spoiled a nice round off gol and a good afternoon with good friends.
Good course, but busy
Haven't played this in a couple of years, but enjoyed it as much a before. Busy, with lots of singles, which slowed play, but not terribly so. Course was in decent shape.

Challenging, Historic Course
Very friendly staff! Course was in good condition and there was a lot of variety to the holes. Watch for alligators in the ponds! Nice First Tee program on site.
Terrible golf day
Arrived for my 1030 tee time and the carts were charged from the weekend tournament. Our cart does halfway through. Upon advising staff that our cart was dying they said sarcastically ok let us know when it completely does. Due to the issue out tee time was delayed by about 30 minutes and took 6 hours to complete 18 holes. The course was sub par due to inadequate watering it appears. Greens on a side note were in nicer shape. Not happy at with the course costing $57 per person when I could have played almost anymore for a comparable
Good, Historic Publi Course
this is a good public course with lots of local history. It has wonderful practice and training facilities, including a short course for beginning golfers. It also has a nice First Tee Program. Saw alligators in two different water hazards!
Mediocre old course
The course is in poor to average condition. Golf carts are very old and hard to maneuver. We switched to another cart, it’s the same condition. The course has cart paths and dirt roads everywhere and very few directions. It’s very confusing and we were searching for the next hole all the time. #13 is the signature hole. The hole is beautiful. But unfortunately, that’s the only thing worth mentioning.

Great course, nice staff and alot of history about the course
My dad and me had a great time playing here on Sunday. Pace was alittle backed up so they let us start on the back nine and we flew by in 4 hours. Course conditions were good and the staff was really nice. A staff member after the round gave us a little history lesson about the course. It was a really cool time.
