Rogers Park Golf Course

Literally the worrrrrrsttttttttt course I’ve ever played in my life! Mow the tee boxes! Mow the greens! I asked the ranger if lost the lawn mower it was god awful!!!

Fairways, greens, and most of the rough was in pretty decent shape for the time of year. I got good lies in every fairway and the greens rolled pretty consistently. A little on the slower side but the ball rolls smoothly. Tee boxes were kind of hit or miss but really the only flaw on the course. Also, solid amount of water cooler’s around the course.

The guy at the pro shop desk was not really that friendly and mentioned we can’t check-in and get a cart until 30 minutes before our tee time due to it being a prepaid round on GolfNow. I asked why and he didn’t really give me a reason beside just because… weird.

The front nice is pretty easy but the back can challenge even a lower handicap player. Greens were slow but in very nice condition. Tee boxes a 3 out of 5. Fairways and rough excellent. They did run out of carts so we decided to walk but we were rescued last minute and only walked a short way. Overall a bit noisy for a golf setting with big industry surrounding the course but would play it again without any doubt

Had to play the back 9 twice. The course and Golf Now need to communicate this. Who wants to pay top dollar for half a Golf course! It's close to home so I will be back.

I would recommend but the pace was horrible. If you're like me and want to get on and off in 3 hrs don't play here. Got tired of waiting and quit after 13 holes.

This was probably my 4th or 5th time playing this track. It's a really enjoyable location with plenty of room to hit it long and just a little left or right without too much concern. The fairways were in very good condition and the rough was not too bad either. They could be shaved down a touch to help with locating your ball but if you don't hit it there.... The staff has always need some help with interaction but that probably won't change. I don't think they realize just how nice of a course they have on their hands. The new Top Tracer pavilion looks awesome and I'm going to check it out soon (think Top Golf to imagine it). The practice area has all the areas of your games that you need to work on covered. Rogers Park will stay on my list of places to play.

Staffs friendly

Course is a typical muni. I’d rate it 3.5 stars cause the layout is fun. The greens are super slow and bumpy tho and to me that’s the most important part.
