Course conditions
Been playing the course for many many years. Very poor shape!! Will wait before we play again for better course conditions

Horrible condition
Where do I start?
- Some tee boxes are wet
- Markers taken off of the tee boxes. We were told they were being painted but why not replace with temporary markers? Got really confusing where to hit from.
- Some parts of fairways are muddy.
- Bunkers are wet, hard or icy
Too bad they seem like a nice course but horribly maintained. Practice green was not available too because it was being aerated but again why not do that after hours?

Course does not drain well and conditions were wet. Sand traps are unplayable other than that an average course

Considering the weather(very wet) course was in nice shape. Seems to drain very well

Decent Winter Golf
My first time at this course as I road-tripped to get away from snow and cold. The course was brown, naturally, but definitely playable and would have been very nice if not for being very soft. With a steady wind, getting the right distance was tough and not being used to bermuda, even cut short, short game was tough.
But the layout was first rate with reasonable fairways and tries out of the way except for very poor shots, and tough approaches to greens with deep bunkers. If I'm even in the area in summer, I'd definitely want to play it again to get a better sense of the quality.

The course was very wet and the sand traps couldn’t be played

Would be better in summer
It's obvious that the layout is superior even in February when everything is brown. Shots off the tee are generally not too difficult but greens are heavily bunkered which is very tough when the ball doesn't carry as far and the bunker are in "winter" condition.

Rainy weather round
Course in pretty good shape considering the amount of rain we have gotten. Greens still rolling good. Can't beat the price with golfpass. About the only course around that you can use coupons on.

Not Bad for this time of year!
I was finally able to get out and play after weeks of extremely cold weather, rain, and snow! The fairways were a little wet, but not too wet...the greens were not bad either. This is always a good track for the money!
