Well maintained
Because of the time of the year, lots of leaves are falling. However, this course does a great job of keeping them off the fairways and greens. They are constantly out there blowing.
One of my favs

Consistency
The Kiskiack staff is top notch, the course is always good. This time of year, the greens are as fast as anywhere. We always enjoy our trip to Williamsburg to play this course, it’s worth the 45 miles or so. If you are in the area, give Kiskiack a go, you will be glad you did.

Slowest round ever!!
Took 5 hours to play as I teed off at 1:30 and just finished before sunset. A ranger needs to speed thing up.

Where is the Marshall?!
The staff was very friendly; the course was in excellent shape; the layout is terrific…and it took me 5 hours to play 18! All the course needs is a Marshall to move things along

Another great day at Kiskiack
Challenging course…. hilly… greens were lightning fast. Course in very good shape. Great staff… very friendly. Other than very slow pace of play everything was great!

Very nice golf course with nice scenery
We really like this golf course. Nice layout, varied, fun to play, in good shape, not very long yet still challenging. Greens speed was consistant and fast. Sand traps were well maintained. Pace was rapid ( 4 hours-ish). The only element that we felt could be improved are the tee off which could be more level

Challenging greens
Bring your putting game to this course. You breath a sigh of relief because you’re on the green in regulation- and then you three out. Lol

Nice early morning round
Visiting Williamsburg, wife and I decided to play one round in the area. Found a hot deal at 8:40 at Kiskiack GC. We were greeted immediately by the friendly atarter who fair-warned us of the green speed if above the hole and to stay left on a few holes. He also got us out early as a twosome.
His advice was spot on as we found out. Three putted four times during the round. Course conditions were great aside from morning dew.. Pace was excellent finishing under 4 hours likely due to the early morning start and just being the two of us. I would return there if in area to redeem my scoring shortcomings.
