Ocotillo Golf Club - White/Gold

Awesome course as always. All the WATER is always a challenge.

Not made clear to us which 9s we were playing as a 2nd 9, and no marshals seen out on course.

Other couple in 4 some told us at 1st tee that they did not want to play with us ( that was a first). Most golfers are friendly.

We both enjoyed another great round by ourselves on pretty nice fairways and greens.

We have vacationed in chandler for about 15 years as a break from Minnesota winters. Ocotillo has always been one of our favorite golf coarses in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous course. I’ve played several courses here in aZ, never seen one with this much grass. Also, it’s a 27 home course, 24 holes are on water. Definitely not an easy course, but not the most challenging. I can’t wait to play here again

Course was in great shape. Enjoyed the design. Water was tough, lost several balls. We ate before the round and food was good and staff nice.

Course is in good condition. Greens were in good. I'd play it again.

This is a really nice course and fun to play for a very reasonable price. Unlike many typical AZ courses because of all the water. This round was really slow however.

We enjoyed playing this course. There are 3 nine hole course and over the two times I’ve played we have played all 3 courses. It is a Course where you have to be accuracy off the tee and plan your shots due to the water. The couse won when we played on Feb 15th but not by much.

Starter and staff are great. Course has a problem with wetness and the hordes of dirty birds. Still plays well and quick. Will play again.

Love the Course. Still need to work on the driving range condition and some of the tee boxes a little bit beat up. Course was busy but normal for this time of year. Greens soft and will hold.

It presents a real challenge. It definitely refines your golf game. I would love to play the other course,

Nice layout and course conditions were very good. Watch out for hazards as tee shots don’t visibly show water hazards. Pace of play slow.

For nearly a hundred dollars to play I would say there are a lot of other options. Range had no grass on it, fairways pretty much the same with the addition of plenty of goose droppings. Played here the first time two years ago. Seems to be on the decline. Pace of play very slow. Basically just over used and beat up. Has great potential though as as a great layout and scenery. Sorry, hate to bea downer, just the truth.

The starter needs to encourage players to fill divots, I used 4 bottles.

Duck and geese are making a mess of the course. It’s going to kill your business.

We recently played the Blue/White nines at Ocotillo and very much enjoyed our round. The course ownership change has clearly resulted in improved conditions ( new irrigation system last summer) as evidenced by the full tee sheet on the day we played. Although there are lots of water hazards on the course, it is a fair test of golf if you strategically place your shots on the generous fairways and remain below the hole on many of the undulating greens. The bar/grill and outside patio facing the course provided a great atmosphere for a beverage and meal afterwards. Many of the tee boxes are "crowned" which we understand will be addressed by the Greens Superintendent next summer. Definately a "must play" course if you are in the Phoenix area.
