About
Ocotillo is a one-of-a-kind golf spot in a state full of top golf spots, and the four-star golf course is suitable for both golf upstarts and old-timers.
Ocotillo's Blue Course is a watery grave; water comes into play on eight of the nine holes. It's not overly long but there's so much water the length becomes irrelevant. The best hole may be No. 1, a 590-yard par 5. Big hitters are faced with the classic risk-reward: Do they lay-up on their second shot or try to fly a tributary that splits the fairway about 50 yards short of the green?
The White Course is the most unique of the three. It has only one par 5, and the water is a factor on just five of the holes. But it also has the best hole on the property -- the 479-yard, par-4 ninth, which used to be an easy par 5 but is now a treacherous finishing touch.

Absolutely amazing
Hundreds of courses in the area and this continues to be my first choice because of staff pace of play and overall condition
Challenging
Pace of play pretty slow, multiple divots on the greens. Fairways very nice but several roped off from carts. Course very beautiful and challenging, will try it again..
Too much Geese and other poo!
Nice layout and decent golf course, but would never recommend because of the bird .... every where!
Didn’t play yet
Called in yesterday and changed the date to Feb 14 as I had erred upon booking the wrong day. Staff were kind enough to change the date and tee time
Course in Great shape.
Play a little slow but everything else made up for that

Golf course ocotillo
I was very disappointed with the blue couse they told us before we teed off that the 90degress in the fairways we only got to go in the fairways once, I have a knee problem i was very sore from walking to my ball from the cartpath.
Picture perfect
A beautiful golf course with water everywhere... in the middle of the desert. The course was beautiful, the greens were moderate speed but smooth. If you get a chance to nab a few oranges overhanging the low walls of the course it’s a huge bonus. I wish the ponds slopes off more gradually so I could get some of my balls back!

Enjoyable round
I played Ocotillo last year and again this year and both outings were one of the most enjoyable I have played. Greens were in great shape rolling very fast. (11+). fairways were well maintained and mow

A different kind of course for the area, not your typical desert course, more grass and water.

Not your typical desert course
So beautiful! Waterway all thru course so more water hazards than most but such a beautiful layout! Fairways lush and greens ran true. Play this course each year when we come! Great value and well worth it!!
Beautiful course-but challenging!
Beautiful day for a beautiful course.... A LOT of water! Pace of play was a bit slow-but, such a gorgeous day we didn’t really mind....would definitely play again... had a breakfast sandwich before & it was very tasty!
