Pueblo El Mirage Golf Club
About
The golf course at Pueblo El Mirage Golf Club is a challenging championship length course, but it is still suitable for all skill levels of golfer. The course features lush greens and long, rolling fairways. Lakes create water hazards that come into play on eleven holes. There are also strategically placed sand bunkers throughout the course. The signature hole is the par-4 15th hole, which calls for a start with a straight tee shot to a tight fairway and then a precise approach over water to a tiered green. The Pueblo El Mirage facility offers a driving range and putting green as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

Nice course
The course is in very nice shape except the greens speed was inconsistent. Had a foursome inserted ahead of our threesome that was very slow and kept going forward, backward and crisscross the entire day. Overall the course is a pretty good place for golf.

Fun place to play
We played the 1st day the course was open after re-seeding. Greens were slow as anticipated, but fairways were a little rough. Staff made us feel welcome and was understanding as one of our 4-some was running late. Great value for the money.

Nice course for the price.
I've played this course several times over the past few years. The fairways were in good shape, not perfect, I thought they would be better after over seeding? The greens were slower than usual which made a lot of puts not take the break. The course has all brand new carts which was a nice surprise. Overall this is a fun course and compared to other area courses it's a good value.

Improvements noticable
I have played this course about 8 times over the past year, this last round I was able to see improved greens and it appears more effort is going into improving the grassy areas off fairways - to me if felt like a much improved course.

No cart paths and green very slow. In all fairness it had just finished the over seeding process so green might not of been cut down shorter yet.

Cost
I get it ,it’s 18 long holes but the cost for the course is way too much for what this course offers…weaving in and out of the mobile park wasn’t that bad but to be honest I wouldn’t go again …this is more for the residents of the course

Greens needed cut or rolled, no off course amenities, have to go somewhere else for a burger or beer, restaurant been closed for 2 years

No ranger - slow play
Without a ranger to monitor and keep the pace moving, the course is basically out of control. We had a f some of 80 year old's in front of us. And in front of them a 2 some of ladies with one bag of clubs that shared, and when one would hit their ball the other would wait then get the club, then go hit her ball. It was painful to watch. We waited on each tee an average of 10 mins. 4 hours and 45 mns to finish. NO Restaurant (closed) greens were very rough. Would not recommend to anyone.

Course has some challenges, but fair
The course was very nice. Due to the lack of rain, the ground was very hard. There was grass in the fairways, and the greens needed to be mowed better. Fun course to play though.

Nice course. Jets flying over were very loud and distracting. The course had just finished overseeding so the greens were extremely slow. I am sure that once the grass matures the superintendent will be able to cut the greens to give a better roll,

Wednesday Play
Nice good course in and around resort properties. Rough grass was extremely long, not sure if for girls golf championship that was following us or Gering ready for over seeding this year. If we can get a good price later will will try it again.
