Desert Canyon Golf Club

The greens were very good and very fast, especially if you were on the wrong side of the cup. We had a great time and the weather was perfect. For a public course this was the best value of our trip! Really friendlyy staff and good GPS on the carts. right at 4 hours on a Friday morning seemed perfect.

This is one of the few courses that is worth the price we paid. Great layout and very picturesque would play this again for sure.

Mountain views and elevation changes were very eye catching. COURSE condition was excellent

The course was in very good shape. Pace of play was effected by some ridiculous pin placements that became even more difficult with the 30 -40 mph gusts. Still a very enjoyable course.The staff was very friendly.

The staff from the pro shop to the players assistants were all pleasant and helpful. The course was in great shape and pleasant to play. I would recommend this course for a round to anyone looking for a good round without the large price tag..

This course has beautiful views and was in excellent condition.

First course I played in Arizona and was a great experience. Golf staff was very friendly in fact the starter gave me a ball marker chip and explained how to play the first hole and be careful on the downhill lies on the green. Lots of variety in the holes and views, I will return.

Nice course but too short; most par 4(s) are all n the low 300. ThT got a little boring

The views of the mountains were amazing! The course was in good shape ! Hit it straight because it’s faairly tight. Lots of fun.

Always a pleasure. Enjoy playing here, just wish I could find a good deal from time to time.

As previous reviews have stated..the course was in excellent condition. the greens were very good and rolled very smooth. The layout was fun and had you hit a variety of different shots. I would highly recommend this course to anybody in the valley. For under $100 you cant go wrong

What a nice course. Only drawbacks I had was the range was crowded, for some reason they had half of it blocked off, so it was difficult to get a pre round practice in. Prior to my round, I had asked the bartender to change a $20 and she was actually quite rude when stating she does not make change. (okay I will remember that when it's time for your tip on our after round drinks.) Otherwise everyone else was friendly and accommodating.

Really enjoy this course and will return to play again. Have played it several times and always have a good experience. Staff is very helpful and accommodating! Thank you for a very nice day!

Course was great but felt overly watched by the Ranger. Our group consisted of two adults with a 12 yr old and a 10 yr old. We played our 9 holes right on schedule and let one Single play through on the second hole because he was obviously going to play faster than us. During the 9 holes we had the ranger go by 4 Times. Twice he followed us as if expecting us (or more likely the kids) to do something wrong. The boys were perfectly responsible players and never caused any problems or slowdown of play. We never had anyone pushing us after the Single played through. In fact never saw another group after the Single. Annoying behavior from the Ranger.

Also, our round was a total bargain for us but the deal on GolfNow promised 9 holes, cart, and range balls. We were informed after we got there that we couldn’t warm up because they had already closed the range. The club offered no adjustment but the price tag was such a bargain I didn’t make a stink at the club. Just make sure to confirm the range will be open if you book a round and want range access.

I really like the course but the pace of play sucked. Either the Marshall needs to get more envolved or the tee time scheduling is to tight.
