Kokopelli Golf Course

One of the worst courses I played in phoenix area on my month long vacation . Course conditions were terrible for that kind of green fees . The group I played in are from the area and said they will never come back

Course setup good for older golfers. Some tee boxes need more water to allow we easy tee placement. Greens were challenging but well maintained. As with most courses, golfers are not repairing ball marks. I repair two or three on most greens. Keeps my muscles stretched.

Wished they had something more the portapotties on course.

Greens were good. No grass off fairways, no sand in bunkers.

Great layout, greens were sometimes difficult. Pace of play was average, we were behind some less than intermediate players. Hit it straight and enjoy playing frm the good grass, flare it, and pay the piper.

The greens were in great shape. But the fairways were only fair. No sand in bunkers. To much dirt.

The worse course I've ever played in AZ. Doesn't seem like it gets much maintenance. Hardly saw anyone working on the course.

The rock solid areas off the fairways was a hazard to my clubs. Like hitting off cement.

They can try to call bunkers sand traps but they would be wrong. One bunker had sand that looked like a moonscape. Totally unplayable. The rest were dirt with weeds.

I paid $78 to play and half that much would be over priced.

We got in about 12 holes in the afternoon. The course had some bald spots on the fairways and off the fairways it was all dirt. I had played the course on several occasions in the summers in previous years and found the course in much worse shape this winter.

Teed off 20 minutes late due to a morning frost delay, nothing was ever mentioned about it. Group ahead of us literally took 45 minutes on the first hole, nothing done to address by staff. Fairway bunkers are just abandoned dirt/grass bunkers. Random spots of mud all over the course, terrible pace of play and overall poor management of the course and operations. This course has a ton of potential but definitely needs a major overhaul with both the course maintenance and golf operations.

Be prepared for at least a 5 hour round, course is always overbooked. No sand in bunkers just weeds , sad conditions for the price

I'll never play this course again! One time I booked it they ran out of carts and everyone was waiting for a cart to start their round. More than a couple times that I've had an afternoon tee time I couldn't get 18 holes in because they have a morning delay or the pace had been too slow. I played it one time where the course was so muddy due to over watering that on most he if you got off the cart path you'd get stuck.

I kept booking this course because it was close to my house, cheap and they always have openings. Now I know why.

Never again.
