This waste of money, no sign to tell you yardage,
Course need lots of help, don’t waste your money,
Course in great condition, green are soft and ball sticks. Can say about a lot of courses.
Greens
I was really looking forward to playing Palm Valley (north/south) but was disappointed in it's overall course condition. The tee boxes for the white tees were misplaced and not consistent with the score card. But the biggest issue is the condition of the greens. They are in horrible condition making them impossible to read...like trying to find your putt line on a camouflage surface. Both myself and my friend were disappointed especially when there are other courses that are cheaper in much better condition. May not return unless conditions change.

Windy day
We played West/North and I thought the course was pretty solid. Tee boxes were a little furry, but fairways and greens were good. Hard course to walk. Not a great place for the 19th hole but overall it was a good place to start our 3-day weekend.

Not worth the price.
Course was not in great condition. I would not recommend to anyone. We most likely won’t be coming back.
Awesome track
Course was awesome definitely will be playing this course when I visit phoenix again. Thought the rental clubs were a little pricey for seventy five dollars but they were quality clubs came with six balls and some tees not too bad at all..

Underwhelming Course
I played the South and the West course. The south course was in good condition. The layout was straightforward. The West course wasn't in that great of conditions. I'm from out of town so for $135 I expect better condition than the West course. Also, there needs to be more signs on the West course. #10 was a dogleg with water on the left.

Great time
Really enjoyed this course. Not too hard but some challenging holes. Great service from the staff, nice driving range, course in great shape and a good value

been awhile
Coarse not in to bad of shape. 1st time on the west coarse. was expecting more, not really impressed. I actually liked the old short coarse 18 that was there first.

Used to be Value
This course has a great layout. It used to be a great value for the average golfet.
Now it is over priced and they have not kept up the course!
