Nice course - good shape
Course was in great shape after overseeding. Greens were a little slow but will continue to improve with a little time. Pace was quite slow was only drawback of the day.
Great course
Would play this course every chance I get!! Even through over seeding the course was still a great course to play!!!
Cart Path only - no water
The north course was Cart Path only due to over seeding. This issue was that there was no water (yes we were told) but knew there was a travelling cart to supply items for purchase. Saw the person once and was told she would be on the north course for added service. No one showed up and the day was hot. It was uncomfortable since we did not bring enough water/drink assuming we would purchase same. Also not enough shade. Only recommend during cooler times.
Relaxed day with friends
Not crowded, Good pace, good shape for October.
Greens way slow today. Great Phoenix weather.
A solid Sunday Golf experience.
Palm Valley West -South
Three weeks after overseeding, we played the West- South 9 holes courses. The practice greens and driving range were still closed. However the play was steady and the course was a fun adventure.
Overfeeding early and no option to book the west north course on golfnow
They prepped the north 9 and stopped watering basically for overseed. Seems a little early in my opinion. No option to book the west/north on golfnow. The south 9 was a little rough as well. I wont be back until overseeding is done. I really hope Phil puts some money into this course because it could be really good.
Played with Buddy.
Played as a single at 10:30am, paired with another golfer named Buddy, had a great time. I will be back.
Course conditions were brutal
Understanding that they are getting ready to overseed but 40 dollars for burned out fury greens and unkept hole cuts. Really not happy with the price that was demanded for how the course conditions were.
Don’t waste your money
The course is in awful condition. The greens weren’t completely cut. The fairways were long and several were just weeds. Pace of play was a joke. We finally played through the group ahead of us on twelve, they were four holes behind. No rangers. No beverage carts on the course. A miserable experience. Will never go back!!!!
Glad I tried it out
This course is in terrific condition for this time a year. Played south then west and enjoyed the challenge and layout. No refreshment cart at all which is kind of a bummer but all said and done, I’m def going to play again.
Met expectation for the price point.
Typical summer in Phoenix conditions; Aeriated greens, bare spots in the fairway, and no drinking water on the course. the desert areas were clean and free of excess brush. Conditions on this date were very slow. We've been playing 3.5 hour rounds and this was 4.25 hours.
