Palm Valley Golf Club - North/South

Course is in great shape. Played the North - South course, fairways in very good condition nice and wide for those spray their ball a bit. Greens very fast, but could use a little more growth but but hold nicely. Definitely play here again. Soon!

Course was in great condition. Not many obstacles. Would play this course all day.

Course was very busy. My wife and I used to play Palm Valley years ago but stopped due to the slow play. We thought we’d give it another shot since we heard good things about the course. The course itself was in pretty good shape. Showed up to the tee box and the other 2some was a no show. We understood that it would be slower than normal. So we took our time. Made it through 3 holes until we could stand the waiting. Easily a 10-15 minute wait to hit by hole 3. At the 4th hole there were 4 groups on it. We called it a day and turned around. At least the gentlemen in the pro shop was courteous enough to give us a refund.

Great condition on greens, fairways,range and practice facility. Bunkers could use a little more sand, but otherwise this is a very nice course that I would certainly like to re-visit

This course is normally well maintained and fun to play. The multiple sets of tees makes it Senior Friendly. It is always a good value.

The course was great. Greens were very consistent. Our pairing was were great people to golf with.

Great course! There were six in our party and had a great time. The entire course was green! Beautiful grounds and well kept. Enjoyed the layout. We will be back!

Course, staff, carts were excellent. Went as a single, was paired up with great group of guys! This course is on my play list for future trips to Phoenix.

Easy to find, easy check in, water for towels, ice in cart chest, sand in bottles, windshields, carts clean, played W and N, west has difficult starting hole, maybe one needs to play up one tee level, tees nice but beat some on par 3s, fairways nice and generally pretty wide, bunkers with ok sand, greens roll nice but are not always very flat, 4 hrs today and fair price on GN, all in all better than average course

Was called to tee 6 minutes ahead of scheduled tee time

Immediately proceeded to tee only to be informed by starter my group had teed off 2 groups prior-

Informed him it was still 5 minutes before my scheduled time, and had not been called earlier-

He said I could catch up on next hole or thereabouts- and I should have reported earlier-

All with an attitude- I won't be back

Pace of ply was excellent

Will be back and have played your course the last 3 weekends coming from Chandler. As a former Sun Devil hiw can I not play Phil's courses!

There are three nine hole courses to play. We got the West and the North courses. The West is new and a little far from the club house having to go through a construction area and the path os gravel. Once you get to the first tee, it is very well manicured and in great shape. A good layout and can offer you some challenge. We were lucky to play with a local golfer who knew the strategy and where to land away from trouble. Large and undulating greens with good pace. A very beautiful course among a residential area. The practice facilities are great! Balls not included in green fees. Very friendly staff. As a threesome, we completed our round in 3 and half hours. Very enjoyable!

Course was in good shape. We played the South and West nines. The west being the new nine. We played four of us in just under four hours so that was awesome. Only drawback was the rough on the South nine was will over a foot deep and it was tough just to find your ball at times but then should have been in the fairway. I would play there again as seemed to be a good value.

This course is incredible for the price! Great greens & pace of play (4 hrs or less easily) is fantastic! Highly recommended!

Course was wet and ball got little roll

The cost of the round and the conditions of the course made this a great value. The pace of play was under four hours, the over seeding of the entire course from tee to green makes for great course conditions. And I forgot a range finder and had to get back to walking off distances from the 100,150, 200 markers. Very enjoyable change.

Palm Valley Golf course is in great shape after the over seed. Tee to greens all in great shape..The course rates are reasonable with the OB sports Palm card. Palm Valley has three courses three nines and north south and west the north and south are 90° carts in the West course is at the West nine is cartpath only
