Great Course
First time my friend, Joe and I played the course. We were both impressed by how well the course and greens are maintained. We played the West/North nines and the pace of play was excellent. We weren’t rushing at all but played 18 holes of golf in 2 1/2 hours. Nice layout and very wide fairways. The homes on the course do not come into play at all. We both recommend the course and plan to play it again when a couple of our golf buddies come to visit.

Palm Valley is a golf factory
It was immediately apparent that ARCIS Golf is more interested in overall profits than maintaining a great golf experience. I have played several of their courses and all have the same characteristics. Slack maintenance, heavy tee schedule, unattractive course edges, and just generally not a fun place to play.

Not enough bathrooms for women
I have played this before and always wonder how they can get away with so few bathrooms. Women beware.
They have no ball washers at all. Water almost non existent. Signage poor. You come out of the tunnels always go left. Otherwise you’ll need end on another hole. This coarse was really dry and not a great value. Wigwam is a better alternative and has better greens.
Thank you for playing with us and for the great feedback. We do offer restroom facilities every 4-5 holes (North 5, South 6, West 3, West 8, and at the Turn in the Clubhouse). These are outlined and mapped on the scorecard if trying to map out the round and needs. Our cart paths will always take you from the green to the next tee box if ever in doubt of the routing and next hole. We hope we see you again soon so we can continue to improve upon your experience.
Course features
Overall the course is challenging but doable for an average golfer so much fun it’s fairways are wide challenging but enjoyable to play not a chance of OB lol. Staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming we truly had a blast visiting this course we will play every time we visit Arizona

Enjoy playing palm valley at all three nine hole courses. However the practice facility could use some work. The areas to practice from were in terrible shape. Like hitting off bare ground absolutely no grass. The cost to play in my opinion could be a little lower. Perhaps 65-70 dollars at this time of year.

Palm Valley North/South course
We tee off didn't have any delays in pace of play. The course is in great shape and the greens were prestine and running true, quick. This course is one of my favorites and definitely will drive from Old Town Scottsdale to play the course again. I give them overall a 10.

Good course
The course has a nice layout. No real trouble making it easier than many. The rough is mostly packed sand and pebble. It could use some landscaping. It appears that they have a water drainage problem as many of the tunnels were closed. They directed you to drive over the curb and cross the street. I would definitely play again.

Not bad, but overpriced
This course is nice, it’s pretty well maintained, the staff are friendly, but it’s just not worth $100+.

We won't told at time of booking that it was cart path only....a little disappointed. Probably wouldn't have played if we had known
We apologize if the tee times note provided by GolfNow was not clear about the course restrictions during our overseed period. We will work with their team to ensure they provide better notes and information.
