Was expecting a little better
Have played here several times and will be back. Was not expecting pristine conditions since it is mid-May but course had some rough spots. A little over priced for these conditions

Nice course to play
Course conditions were very good. Quite a busy course, had to wait for a cart and the course amenities under construction. Definitely recommend, but not if on a tight schedule.

First time playing West Course
This course has always been great for me and my family when I visit. Staff is always super friendly and attentive. I finally got to play the west course today. What a pleasure it was.

Nice track, great staff
Second time playing here. Very enjoyable, not too many surprises, and when the tee shots manage to go relatively straight the course is pretty forgiving. Played the north and south tracks and enjoyed it. The greens were fast and looked like they needed some sprucing up but otherwise a great day.

This waste of money, no sign to tell you yardage,

Course in great condition, green are soft and ball sticks. Can say about a lot of courses.
Greens
I was really looking forward to playing Palm Valley (north/south) but was disappointed in it's overall course condition. The tee boxes for the white tees were misplaced and not consistent with the score card. But the biggest issue is the condition of the greens. They are in horrible condition making them impossible to read...like trying to find your putt line on a camouflage surface. Both myself and my friend were disappointed especially when there are other courses that are cheaper in much better condition. May not return unless conditions change.
