About
The Wigwam Resort possesses three 18-hole courses, the Blue Course, the Red Course, and the Gold Course. All three courses were built on a rolling terrain with mature creeks sprinkled throughout and meandering creeks running through, which can all affect shots. The Blue Course is the shortest of the three courses but Blue plays long due to the elevated greens. The creeks create water hazards that come into play on several holes and there are also many strategically placed sand bunkers throughout the course as well. The Wigwam Resort facility has various practice facilities including a chipping area and putting green.

Awesome
Course was in great condition greens were rolling really good. This course is always well maintained and worth the money.
I wish I could play here every day
I played the red course yesterday and the blue today. Both courses were in amazing green condition for this time of the year. The staff inside the pro shop is great and fun to talk to. That cart guys are super friendly and the course ranger from Denver is super cool. His positive genuine energy and humor fired me up to par the difficult par 3 on the back nine at the blue course! You guys are all awesome!!
Something About This Course
At 6300 yards the course plays tough but fair. Very well maintained and staffed. Great experience. Recommended
Wigwam Blue Course
The course was well maintained even by Arizona summer standards. Staff were awesome friendly and helpful. The course was deceivingly tricky, nice wide fast fairways with small technical greens. My only issue with the experience was the directions on the GN App, directions on the app directed me to Luna Court address which was close to the course but not where you would start.
Terrible condition for the price
The Blue course is in terrible condition from the tee boxes to the fairways and greens a lot of dry bare spots everywhere. Definitely would not recommend this course until they maintain it a lot better I know it’s summer and hot out but there is a lot of courses around the valley right now that are still in way better shape than this course for the money. For 40 bucks this was a fail .
Fun Course
Fun course, wasn’t in the best shape but I’m sure it’s awesome during the cooler months
Horrible condition
Decided to spend my Father’s Day playing this course. From the first hole I could tell it was going to be really slow. As the round went on, the course condition went from bad to worse. Dead areas everywhere, the fairways were either bare or very lush. The greens rolled differently on each hole. You can’t focus because the holes are so close together. The layout was just set up horribly. I think they should close this down for a bit and let it grow grass back and be able to manicure the greens properly. Paid 40$ but it wasn’t worth 20$ . Definitely won’t be back.
Rough conditions
The course appeared to be preparing for aeration. You need to always be alert as the courses intertwine. We almost got hit by an errant shot. The fair ways had many dirt spots. The greens were fast and challenging. The course is not in good shape right now.
It’s Hot Outside
Course was in post season shape. Fairways had some barren spots. Greens bumpy from aeration . Standing water from the over watering due to over seeding. Staff was outstanding! However still worth to play!
Fun and Beautiful Course!
Played this course for the first time and had a lot of fun...even though I didn’t play great. Enjoyed the layout and the beautiful surroundings. The course has its challenges, but it’s not ridiculously difficult. Staff was very friendly and the GPS on the carts was cool. I look forward to playing there again!
Everything you expect in a golf course
Modern facilities, great carts, extremely friendly and helpful employees. Course conditions were excellent.
Condition a bit rough
The fairways and tee boxes are in the roughest condition I have seen. However the greens remain in very good condition.
It appears the course is about ready for some significant maintenance, but no body gave us a heads up.
Course was rough
The layout of the course was nice but the fairways and the greens were extremely hard and missing grass. The bunkers were extremely hard as well. This course seems to only be enjoyable during the winter.
