Wigwam Resort - Blue Course

I came see them cleaning stuff, but after playing other courses, ie, greens, holes etc. they seem light things are tight. An I play a lot of courses, weekly.

The starter was awesome. Allowed us to tee off early and was genuinely friendly. The course, that’s a different story. The fairways are very sparse, too much dirt and not enough grass. We were happy to hit into the rough to have some grass under the ball. The greens are not receptive at all. You hit the ball to the front of the green, hoping the ball would roll up to the pin. The ball rolls through the green and runs down the hill at the back. The layout is weird. The front nine has 3 par 5’s and 3 par 3’s, the back nine has only 1 par 5 and 3 par 3’s. However, the weather was what my friend called “chamber of commerce” weather, so overall we had a good time. We probably won’t play the “Blue” again. We do like the Red a lot, though.

Had a great time with the three other golfers. They were really powerful players, but I hung in there and kept up with them. Thanks.

Had a great round for my dad's birthday!! Course is in great shape and the prices are just right!! I come all the way from the east Valley to play this course.

Staff was friendly and praticing social distance to everyone. I played with three young golfers, lm 65yrs old but keap up with them. I'm proud of myself. I must be getting better.

The Blue is not terribly long it’s a par 70 with 3 par 3’s pre side . Great greens that putted very well

Played during the pandemic restrictions. Course management implemented several changes to comply with social distancing directives, including single carts, foam collars in cups, closed grill. They did have a beverage cart out and about.

The course was in great condition. It is well maintained. Interesting layout. Greens are elevated and small, requiring accurate approach shots.

We were able to complete our round in just over 3 hours - great pace of play!

We played the Blue course, which is in very good condition other than the greens, the previous holes were very poorly plugged.

Course in great shape. not long but it almost doesn't matter what tees you play, the challenge is all on and around the greens, which can be challenging.

Course in great shape , price was good ( about half priced w/ Golfnow ) recommended for all . They have three great courses .

We enjoyed playing the Blue Course today. Pace of play was on the slow side, but we appreciated it so that we could walk the course to abide by social distancing policy in place.

The course is in great condition right now.

Golfed during the scare of the virus. Everyone there was very nice & understanding. So thankful we had a place to play.

While playing today my Mrs. Lost 2 small bags which contain her tease and ball markers Steve Young gentleman there at the cart section found them and returned to us kudos to steve

Beautiful course with great views. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition. Multiple tees were available. The greens had multiple bunkers guarding the approach which was an issue for my father who is a high handicapper, but not as much for me with a handicap of 15.
