About
The Red Course (formerly known as Heritage Course) at the Wigwam Resort, which has received acclaim from Golf Magazine, is one of three 18-hole courses at the resort. Built on rolling terrain, the course features elevation changes that can affect shots. Mature trees are also scattered throughout to add beauty and another challenging element. Winding creeks form water hazards that come into play on a few holes. The Red Course is popular among locals familiar with the Wigwam Resort because it is considered to have the three best finishing holes in the area. Although walking is allowed on the other two courses, carts are required on the Red Course.

Very enjoyable round
We thoroughly enjoyed playing this course. The staff was friendly, the course was in very good condition and we played in under 4 hours. We will play this course again the next time we are in Phoenix.
Great course
Fairways and greens are i great shape, beautiful course and would play again, 5th time playing it.
Nice park-style course
Pace of play was very good. Traditional park-style course.
Great course in perfect condition. The 18th hole is the only downfall on an otherwise enjoyable round.
Course has value
This course, I thought was a good value. Price on a hot deal was good. Fairways and greens in real good condition. Too expensive if you have lot play Rack rlate. Did enjoy the course, very forgiving for a 16 handicapper.
Pretty decent value.
Coarse is in good shape. Greens true without many ball marks. Greens and T boxes a little hard. Over all decent if you can book it at a deal price, otherwise over priced.
Nice
So I played this the day after Estrella Golf Club. So I was excited to see sand in the bunkers. Maybe a little too much and too soft. After Estrella, I took too much sand on my first shot out the sand. It went 3 feet and I had a fried egg.
