About
The Gold Course is one of three 18-hole courses offered at the Wigwam Resort, which was named one of Golf Magazine's "Silver Medal Resorts." Golf Digest cited the Gold Course as one of the best public courses in the state. Mature trees are present on all of the courses, as well as winding creeks that create water hazards, which come into play on several holes. There are also strategically placed sand bunkers present on the course. The rolling landscape of the course causes elevation changes that can affect shots. The Wigwam Resort facility also has a putting green and chipping area.

Wigwam Gold Course
Service, service, service! Place was hoping busy and we received just the best service possible. From the golf shop, to starter, cart person, and remote snack bar, everyone was just so nice!
Conditions we're near perfect. Greens were phenominal. I was just really pleased with my round which made my day.
On top of all this, they had a huge tournament just almost getting done when I was teeing off and I never got backed up or felt rushed.
Well done Wigwam!
Mounded greens
Enjoyed the round. All mounded greens.. deep bunkers.
Played after a tournament. Tee positions were brutal which made for higher scores.
Little pricey for being outside the Phoenix area.
Great old school course
Played the Golf course after being recommended by a local friend. Very challenging course with tee boxes that play WAY back. Friendly staff, course was in outstanding condition, had lunch afterwards at the grill and it was fantastic. The Wigwam is an older resort with lots of 50's charm and a course with a very what you see is what you get layout. Feels a lot like old Palm Springs with many multi-million midcentury modern homes bordering parts of the course. Loved it and will be back.
Nice course
I am a 12 handicap, went with a local we played orange. Would of preferred to play blue. Great condition, great day. Pace of play was 3.5 hours. Very accommodating staff. 19th hole is perfect
Rude
We were on the heals of the group in front of us had 1 slow hole and the marshal told us to pick up the pace really upset me the rest of our round we were on the heals of group in front of us and group behind hitting into us we will never go back there again
Non Desert Course
Solid golf course with a Municipal feel. Good condition and good pace of play..
Excellent condition
Course is plush and in wonderful shape. The greens are true and the pace of play is excellent.
Great layout
A true RTJ gem, the Gold Course at WIgwam will use very club in your bag. Water sneaks in on numerous shots and the undulating greens are a very good test. Although a little freyed at the edges, this course is an excellent test for the intermediate and above.
