Highlands at Dove Mountain

Greens excellent, fairways good overall with just a few iffy spots, bunkers excellent, rough very playable. A very manageable design for us bogey golfers.

Beautiful course and in better condition than other courses in the area. Great value, slow round today, though.

The Highlands GC at Dove Mountain is a semi private course that allows some outside play. The course currently is in average to good shape from tee to green. A couple of greens reflect heat stress and the putting speed on the greens was slow with a little bumpyness. There are some great views from some of the holes as you can see DT Tucson from them. One quirky hole which is number 13. Would recommend if in area but not a destination course and look for a deal on Golf Now.

The overall condition of the course was excellent from Tee Box Fairway and greens everything was filled in putting was consistent just a beautiful course

Had a great day playing this course. Not overly long, but between some of the tight fairways and reading the greens, it mor3 then makes up for the short distance. #13 is always a challenging hole due to the blind shot into a large green because unless you hit your drive perfectly, it’s a blind shot regardless of pin placement.

This course is amazing. The layout is challenging but fair and the conditions are above average for summer golf in Tucson. The practice facilities alone are worth the price of the tee time. Staff is always friendly as well. If you get the chance, this is a definite must play.

Pace of play was slow due to a large party. Staff was doing their best to speed up play and were good at communication on what was holding every one up. Not that we were in s hurry. Staff at the pro shop and bag check were friendly.

One of the top public access courses in Tucson area. Interesting, challenging holes for any player level. Greens hold very well and putt true. Highly recommend!

I always enjoy playing this course except for one funky hole (#13). This was my first time playing it since last summer and I must say that the green-side bunkers are among the best in Tucson. The course is in good shape for this time of year.

I played the Highlands for the first time and was very pleased. The course was in very good condition. The practice areas were all well maintained and the stuff was also very cordial. The only issue was getting stuck behind a foursome that delayed our 1st nine but once they left we were smooth sailing.
