Highlands at Dove Mountain

I've played this course many times. It's a challeging course that is a lot of fun to play. The greens are tricky but very true.

Well-tended course, good clubhouse, easy parking, take advantage of the endless ball driving range!

HH does not offer public tee times very often, but when the weather gets hot and the snowbirds leave they fill their tee sheet with guests. I look forward to it every spring.

Their practice greens are suitable for PGA players. Range had mostly new lively balls.

The course is beautiful, the layout interesting, the fairways are mostly generous and plush. I could play here every day.

Course offers nice challenges for evey type of golfer. Pleasant experience. Best course for the price in Tucson!

Was placed in a scramble with a number of members, but wasn't an issue in the slightest. We had a tee time later in the afternoon at a different club and our a.m. tee time at the Highlands was delayed due to a frost delay, but pace of play was great and we were able to finish in three and a half hours. Staff was very accommodating and even gave us a better rate when we checked in.

Course was a little more forgiving than others in the area, so all level of golfers will enjoy, plus a number of tee boxes to choose from. Course was in good condition and greens rolled nicely. A lot more houses on the course than some of the other desert courses, but I'd absolutely play it again.

Very nice course with a nice range and putting area for warm up. Started on #10 and the green was very slow as compared to the practice green. That changed on #11 and the greens continued to be very fast and a challenge to read for the remainder of the round. Looking forward to playing here again real soon!

The Highlands was in great shape Post overseed. The greens were smooth and rolling at a medium speed. fairways, tees and traps were all great. This is a very nice golf course Which is dim8nished only by one silly hole (the 13th). This course is well worth the trip and the fees!

Great course . My only problem was when I obtained a green fee through Golf Now there was NO indication that cart path only was in effect. I have had this PROBLEM before and I have told Golf Now about what is so difficult about posting on the listing the tee time is for cart path only. No excuse for this.

A semi-private course with focus on members so not too many opportunities to play through Golf Now. We played the 1st day reopened after overseeding. Cart Path only, so pace of play much slower than normal. Tees, fairways and rough in great condition. Greens expectedly slower than normal. Nice there is no additional fee for practice balls but be prepared to hit off mats. One of the best course layouts in the Tucson area (except for the 13th hole). Beautiful mountain views. Very accommodating staff. Will be back when opportunity exists.

Fantastic course with beautiful views. Watch out for hole 13, you need to lay up and thread the needle between two hills!

As the title says, The Highlands was a good course overall. Fairways were in great shape as was the first cut of the rough. Course layout was nice and on par with the rest of the courses in Tucson. Views are spectacular. The greens needed some work. They were very consistent but in OK shape, potentially due to the time of year. Also, I played a Sunday afternoon and there was no beverage service. Having a cart beverage service definitely would have resulted in my foursome spending another $100.00 at a minimum while we were there.

Although this is predominately a members club, all of the staff were extremely welcoming.

Some bare patches around the greens but they will be over seeding soon.

Played mid morning. Had a wonderful time. Course condition was among the best we played all year. Will definitely go back before aeration. Staff was awesome. Left my glass case in the cart and they tracked me down in the restaurant and returned them. Very thoughtful.

i always enjoy playing this course i just don't like hole 13 its goofy but other then that its a great layout and a fair but tough course if you get off the fairways, greens are in great shape too bad its almost overseed time

This is one of the best maintained courses in Tucson.

Most holes have nice wide fairways [ we won't mention 13 ]. The rough is thick lush grass and will stop a marginal shot from rolling into the desert.

Good track with beautiful views, if you are hitting it decent a good score is attainable.
