Higher cost for what it offers…..bunkers didn’t that sand….but the greens were in good condition

Thanks to Mr. Monsoon, the course was in beautiful condition. The fairways were green and even the rough was lush. This is atypical for August in PHX. The course is fun to play. It is pretty straight forward and fair. I would love to play this gem again.

For as much monsoon rain and humidity as Phoenix has had this summer I was surprised to find burnt out patches on so many greens. Fairways and tee boxes are in excellent shape. Biggest gripe was the lack of sand in most of the green side bunkers…hitting off the desert hardpan when you miss the fairway is expected but not around the putting greens.

There were a lot of bunkers, but the sand was not very good. Not sure if they were repairing them or what, but there wasn't much sand in them.

I would have given it five stars the whole way, except the bunkers have no sand they're hard pan

Course was in great shape, good value for the price. Will add this to our course rotation during the summer for sure!

Pace of play was slow and no one monitored it. Course conditions were very good which was due at least in part to carts not being allowed on the fairway on many holes.

Loved the screens in the cart that worked very well. Only one hole I encountered where the grass was a bit lacking. Would definitely go again.

Conditions are always pretty good. The fairways right now are gorgeous. The greens are well maintained. Very good conditions especially with all the rain recently. Overall a fun course!

First time playing it. The staff was very friendly and they provided complimentary bottled water and ice and each cart. For the course, Fairways were excellent and green were good. A little slow, but it poured rain the night before. 3 holes were closed due to flooding from the storm, but staff was very accommodating with playing the extra 3 holes. Straight off the tea Box is a MUST. The fairways are a little tight and being A desert course There is not a lot of forgiveness for bad tee shots.

If you are looking for a beautiful, fun and challenging course, you can't beat it for the price. (Around $40). I would definitely recommend it.
