Conditions are always pretty good. The fairways right now are gorgeous. The greens are well maintained. Very good conditions especially with all the rain recently. Overall a fun course!

First time playing it. The staff was very friendly and they provided complimentary bottled water and ice and each cart. For the course, Fairways were excellent and green were good. A little slow, but it poured rain the night before. 3 holes were closed due to flooding from the storm, but staff was very accommodating with playing the extra 3 holes. Straight off the tea Box is a MUST. The fairways are a little tight and being A desert course There is not a lot of forgiveness for bad tee shots.

If you are looking for a beautiful, fun and challenging course, you can't beat it for the price. (Around $40). I would definitely recommend it.

Course didnt disappoint one bit. Was playing great from fairways to greens. Bunkers could use more sand or just fluffed up maybe due to all the rain recently. Overall well worth it.

Overall, a good track for the price when below $45. Bunkers are under construction and even the ones without signs are lacking in playability. Lots of dry patches in fairway and around greens but overall, the greens were in great shape. Dry, but pretty receptive and true rolling greens.

Course in good shape, greens recovering from punch late July. Staff friendly and helpful.

Overall, I was pleased with the course. Tees, fairways, and greens were all excellent, but greenside bunkers are essentially one shot penalties to skull it out of there with zero sand available. Not my favorite track, as most holes do not require driver for me which is the best club in the bag.

This is a great challenging course. Everything is great but as is summer golf in Phoenix, the bunkers are hard as rocks.

I think the courses in the valley should just fill the bunkers with a packing peanuts. Lol

Greens were better than they appeared. First glance they looked dry and a bit slow. They rolled well and true. Undulating but not unfair.

Fun layout with interesting holes. I could play there every day as a "home course" and not get bored. Challenging with a good mix of shorter risk/reward par 4's. I'll be going back and saving Longbow as a favorite

Our first time playing and it was in shockingly good shape for the time of year and rate. Layout is really cool and challenging. Lots of fun holes with forced carries, greens rolled true.

Little disappointed with greens being bumpy from past aeration. Pretty solid layout

Greens were rolling very consistently for recent aeration. Course requires accurate approach shots to the correct part of the green or you will be faced with challenging up and downs or 2 putts. Fun place to play.
