Greens are in good condition. A couple fairways were lacking grass in spots and some tee boxes needed work. Overall, not a big issue for summer play. Course is worth $25. or the golf now hot deal price. The carts were very clean & staff are super helpful.

Ben a couple of months since I've played here. Course is in much better condition that it was last year at this time. A real nice effort here to improve the conditions of the course. Some of the Tboxes are actually better now than this past winter. If they keep up with their maintenance, it will be really good this winter.

A long (yardage-wise) course - relaxed round, not rushed and allowed me to work on different parts of my game. The course is tired and in need of TLC

I went to check in and the guy started talking to his buddy (who didn’t come in til after me) and acted like I wasn’t there… Fairways (if that’s what you want to call them) were mostly dirt. I don’t think they’ve taken the tee box trash cans out for a while now as there was trash everywhere. The only saving grace this course had was the greens were in decent shape!

I’ve played this course before but not when it’s 110 degrees out! Lots of bare spots which can be common at many AZ courses this time of year. The greens were good. Good value for your money.

The convenience fee that Golf Now charges is extremely high and unnecessary. That convenience fee was unexpected.

Course was in terrible condition especially a resort course

The course is currently in summer transition. It's in typical AZ golf courses during this time of the year, actually the Greens and bunkers are in great shape, some tee boxes are dry and there are plenty of dry spots in the fairways. But honestly for the price it's a nice place to play. They should not be charging anything over $30 to play at this time. Had a good time with my playing partners, one lived on course and the other worked there, they really made the day fun.

It's hard to maintain a course in Arizona in the summer but the staff makes sure the important areas are well taken care of. Also everyone, including the Beer Cart Lady, is extremely friendly and helpful.

First, I have NEVER seen pins placed in such poor locations (on the tops of ridges on the greens and within a foot or less of the fringe). It was nearly impossible to putt. Second, there was stuff everywhere! There was a kayak in the middle of a fairway, every green had bags of seed, jugs of fertilizer, and random cut up logs IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GREENS. There were water jugs, tools, spreaders, blowers, etc. It was just like the work day ended and everyone dropped what they had in their hands and drove off. One green even had one of those yellow plastic speed bumps on it. I have never seen anything like it and of course no one in the pro shop mentioned it before we started.

Under $30 is an great price for summer play. Starter was very friendly. Filled the cooler with ice. Nice wide open, forgiving course but they have irrigation issues. Many fairways are bare or burnt. Most tee boxes are pocked up. Random standing water in places.

After some horrible conditions, the course is back and playable. A few wet spots in a few fairways, a few crusty fridges and a few burnt areas in the rough, BUT every course in the valley has them this time of year. Greens are smooth and rolling. Fairways are green allowing good drives to roil true. Have read about rough and bunkers being penalizing, they’re suppose to be. Downed trees have been cleared up. Happy to add it back into our summer rotation.

Only issue we had were individuals crossing the fairways and paths or “resting” in the restrooms with one golf club or rolling a shopping cart

I mean for 15-20 bucks it’s golf but yeah the course is crap

The front 9 was in fair shape. The back 9 was like playing on a horrible pasture. I realize it’s summer in AZ but this was terrible

Unable to play course closed was not notified runed my day. Wasted gas from Gilbert to Mesa not a happy person
