About
The East Valley's Superstition Springs Golf Club offers one of Arizona's most testing layouts, measuring over 7,000 yards, with a slope rating of 130. Golf course architect Greg H. Nash designed the course and worked with the landscape already in place to provide the abundant mounding, wide bunkers and good-looking but tough-playing water features.
By the time he had finished with the Superstition Springs Golf Club, Nash had created a golf course that Golfweek called one of America's Best Golf Courses.
After - or before - a round of golf at the Superstition Springs Golf Club, hit up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or drinks either inside or on the patio, which overlooks the golf course's signature hole, the ninth.

Little Rain
First impressions mean alot and the staff from parking lot to bar was awesome! Very friendly and informative. The course was a little wet and flooded in isolated spots but in greT condition overall. My new favorite course! Water everywhere so bring your A game or extra golf balls! :-)
Pace of play
The course is nice . Pace of play is horrible . Marshaled almost none existent. Groups of men people stacked up . Waiting to hit is excruciating. Understand it’s busy time of year , but not worth the money to not be able to finish in 4 hours and having to leave .
Mediocre
The holes you can see from the road and clubhouse are in great shape. As soon as you get to the second hole you realize they have neglected much of the course. If you expect a mediocre course, you won’t be disappointed. Just don’t expect the rest of the course to match the 1st, 9th, and 18th holes.
Pace of play was good. Staff are nice.
Superstition Golf
Over the years, I have played this golf course many times. I played on Dec 1st and realize that the over seeding was still growing in. Greens were shaggy, t-box extra long. Sand traps were terrible. No sand, water standing in some. Years ago this was a destination, no longer for the price.
Great Value and a Challenging Course
Played from the tips this round. I usually play up a tee and it made a huge difference. Greens are tight and not the easiest to hit but it makes a fun challenge. Course was in good condition and greens rolled smooth.
Fun course for the money
I liked the layout. It was very challenging but a bit confusing if you haven’t played it before. There are more than a few hazards throughout the course you do not know they are there. Thought I hit perfect shots that were either in the water or bunkers when I got to the ball. Very tricky but fun. The greens were disappointingly slow. Glad I played it once but will probably choose a different course next time. I prefer fast greens is the main reason.

It is a fun course and easy to play.
Makes me look like a better golfer because of its layout.
This was the first time we played all 18holes. We played before but only could play 11- very slow that day.

A beautiful course, but very challenging with many deep bunkers. Not for a new golfer.
