About
The East Valley's Superstition Springs Golf Club offers one of Arizona's most testing layouts, measuring over 7,000 yards, with a slope rating of 130. Golf course architect Greg H. Nash designed the course and worked with the landscape already in place to provide the abundant mounding, wide bunkers and good-looking but tough-playing water features.
By the time he had finished with the Superstition Springs Golf Club, Nash had created a golf course that Golfweek called one of America's Best Golf Courses.
After - or before - a round of golf at the Superstition Springs Golf Club, hit up the restaurant for breakfast, lunch or drinks either inside or on the patio, which overlooks the golf course's signature hole, the ninth.

Course conditions have degraded over the past couple of years.
Course was in decent shape, the greens were beautiful bot a little slower. The course layout is challenging and forces you to make shots. Will definitely play again
Too many hazards for me
This course was not a good fit for my game. Too much precision required and I ended up in hazards on many holes.
At its current best
Played several rounds and can say other than the greens being on the slow side the course is at its current best. You will never remove the roads and car dealership from the experience, must have been a 5 star course 20yrs ago, currently the course is healthy green and has hard packed sand in the bunkers. Fun round except pace slowed way down on the back with my 1:40pm tee time. Enjoy!
Very challenging.
Shot makers course. True test of your short game. Didn't score well, but enjoyed trying shots I seldom see. Only advice would be to deep rake so.e of the traps. Will play again. Starter went out of his way to be helpful!!
Wonderful Golf Day
Great time golfing this beautiful golf course. Will be back in the fall.
Not Quite Sure Whats Going On
Played here 2years ago. We’re looking forward to playing here again. Got off good on Hole 1. Then the sprinklers came on from Hole 2 to Hole 6. It’s ridiculous that they water the course while people are golfing! The greens were wet, quite spongy! We had to wait for the sprinklers to turn off before we could move on. The front 9 was also very stinky. A foul sickening odor lingered throughout the front 9, most likely from sewage seepings, or maybe from the sprinklers?. No foul odor on back 9.
Will not return. Not worth the $$ we paid!
Good course
Very good course to play. The staff is always wonderful. Well worth the price. If in the area, play it.
We were bothered by course rangers 4 times. They said we were playing slow. I know we were not slow. We finished in under 4 hours
Day 2 in Az
Superstition Springs is a very nice course. There is nothing I did not like from the Course Ranger to the golf to included breakfast. The hostess for breakfast was one of the hardest working people I have ever met. she was the only person working as the hostess and taking care of the breakfast for about 15 people seated and others that were picking up orders. the course was in great condition and I was impressed with the greens. They were easy enough to read yet a challenge. I loved the numerous tee box offering to challenge any golfer.
Nice course
Sand traps are hard as concrete and every once in awhile you get a smell of sewage other than that fairways and greens are fabulous
