Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia

No starter. Tee time in front of us teed off leaving their third single by themself. We added a single in our foursome to the single thinking groups of 2,2, and 3 would flow better. First twosome was very slow creating back ups especially on the back nine. Icing on the cake was the slow twosome inviting a resident to hit a tee shot on the 15th hole with two groups waiting while they hit. No on course ranger to manage the pace of play so slow play persisted all day.

Club house staff overcharged me. I had to catch and get corrected. Three staff behind counter but only one register working. Took over 10 minutes to get checked in. Golfed Trilogy numerous times and have yet to feel welcome there. Get a starter, a ranger and competent friendly staff behind the counter and things would be better.

Played the first day after overseed and the course was in excellent condition. Only complaint with this course is pace of play. Would play more often, but can't deal with 4.5-5 hr rounds even after carts are allowed after overseed.

I’ve played this course once before. The staff is friendly and serviceable. I enjoy the layout of the course but was dissapointed in the conditions. They were about to close down for over-seeding, so the bermuda was completely dormant. The greens were extremely firm and the fairways were dead, tight grass. I understand the need for overseed but there was no communication from the staff prior to booking that it was going to be like this. It was also frustrating because I was charged a full price rate and played a course in poor conditions. The bunkers also need a LOT of work - which is unfortunately the case for most AZ course bunkers. Nice course overall just not the best experience.

It was a pleasure to play the golf course and the staff was very accommodating. I enjoyed playing with the other partners . I would recommend the course for all levels of skills. I would definitely play the course again.

This is a great course and a real good value in the summer months of Phoenix. Definitely recommend.

The course was in ok condition for being dried out for overseeding. The bunkers had no sand and mud in the bottom. Not the type of conditions for this type of course that I woudl expect. Other than the bunkers that were very far below standard for any golf course this course was a joy to play.

Brad and the staff work with us because, of course, one of my guys was late. Course is in fantastic shape and pace of play was great for a Sunday morning

We had a decent round. The pace was kind of slow, but not terrible. The guys behind us were impatient since we could not go faster than the group in front of us. I hate slow play too, but we can't go faster than the group in front of us. We kept catching the group in front of us on the tee and had to wait. You idiots never once caught us on the tee. The pace was 4hrs and 15 minutes. Not great, but not terrible.

The course was in good condition, but the greens here never putt true. I don't know why that is.

First time here. Enjoyed the round. Wish there had been early morning food opportunity. Good to know for next time. Bunker sand could have been a bit softer. Other than that, really enjoyed the course and look forward to playing the course again.

The course was great. The greens excellent. The only complaint was the condition of the bunkers. We live in sun city west and you might find one bunker in all 7 courses like all the bunkers here. No sand, hard as a rock, and muddy. Not acceptable for what you advertise .

Seems that this day was my day for finding the sand bunkers so that added difficulty to my round. The traps were in good shape. Loved the course and it was in excellent condition.
