Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia

Played this course today and found it in declining condition. Whoever is in charge can not possibly know how to take care of a wonderful golf course in Phoenix.. very soon there will be no concern about crowds. In great shape last summer, very nice this passed winter and spring, but no more. Sorry to write this negative report.

A lot of fairways and around all greens are being planted with sod. Greens were not smooth at all. Fun layout, just in horrible condition.

One of the worst maintained courses in the west valley of Phoenix

The entire course is basically burnt and the club over-compensates by flooding it with water. There are several grass under repair spots near the green and it's hard to say this in AZ when it's 110+ but expect to play with mud balls.

It's insane to charge 40+ for these awful conditions. Only decent thing was there was no one infront or behind us, but should have known that was cause no one is playing this course.

Paid $180 for a foursome. The course conditions were unplayable. Worst course I’ve seen in years conditions wise. Tons of mud and in horrible shape. Would never go back. Had to leave after 9 holes.

Would be nice they told you that the whole course was just plugged...was sh.. not wor$75 maybe worth $25

I used to play this course regularly after work or on the weekend and the course is in horrible shape. There are large patches in the fairway or around the greens with no grass and dirt on the fairways. I used to love playing here to get a round in but I won’t be back until the conditions improve.

The course is in ok shape. Several spots that should be marked as ground under repair that aren't - no grass or really muddy!

Restaurant not open until 11...so early round finished before any place to eat opened.

Golfers Beware!

Golf course condition mediocre at best. Had the app or the course warned of an under repair condition I would never have booked. This course in its current condition would barely be worth $40.

I will NEVER come back.

This course was okay. However a lot of aeration and a lot of brown patches. Greens were inconsistent. Overall a nice course but a little on the expensive side.

Course was really rough this time. I’ve been golfing there for several years and have never been disappointed until now. Fairways and greens really need lots of TLC. Lots of dead landscape probably due to the drought. Hope they have plans to bring it back to normal standards.

For a trilogy course you should expect better conditions. Too many dry to dead grass areas around the greens that made chipping difficult. Tees were in great shape as were the greens but if you came up short or long you could be in trouble. Will wait for the Bermuda to come in before playing again.

The course was a great design with tough challenging holes. The course was in poor condition for late May. as it has not gotten that hot in AZ yet. Greens were good but the fairways and bunkers were doo doo! Lots of plugged and arriated areas on the fairways, around the greens, and around bunkers. The golf course must have been some work on the bunkers because some were not groomed with mounds of sand in them. The bunkers that were groomed. we’re soaking wet, almost muddy at 9:00am in the morn. The starter in the clubhouse nor the workers near the first tee box said nothing about the course conditions or talked about areas the might be played as “Ground Under Repair” A disappointing round for a supposedly nice golf course in an upscale AZ neighborhood.

"Don't even try to get service in the Taproom after the round", says the BevCart..she was spot on. They don't even glance at golfers.

Having also worked at a golf course restaurant I understand how they get completely run over by the locals during Happy Hour but, Golfers deserve better service after a long round.

Will definitely be back overall great pace and enjoyed the round
