Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia

Head company from out of town playing and enjoyed a nice Saturday afternoon… The starter said we should finish in about four hours but it actually was four hours and 45 minutes. Greens and fairways were in great shape. Overall, a great value for the money compared to north scottsdale courses. Tremendously lacking in quality, healthy food options on the food and beverage cart. No sandwiches and pizza was offered, but only had one or two slices available. The clubhouse is not near the ninth and 10th fairway so you either need to have one individual pick up your food or plan to skip it all together.

Take away some fun from a 15 handicap ( or higher) player which I would think is most of the golfers you have play.

Course was in very good shape. Greens were fast and smooth. I enjoyed the layout of the golf course and overall the course is very nice.

The course is in excellent condition.

The restaurant was excellent. Great food and service. I don't really like the new menu because the removed a couple of my favorites. But it is still good. 7 out of 10. It used to be 10 out of 10.

When my playing partner and I checked in at the golf course, my GolfNow rate indicated we owed $93/each at the golf course. The golf course charged me and my playing partner $97 apiece. When I questioned the difference, they told me they have additional tax and city of Peoria water charges. I don’t know why this is not indicated on the GolfNow reservation. Also, the golf course had cartpath only rules that day. As I have an arthritic condition in my left knee, I asked about the ability to get an ADA golf cart pass to eliminate me having to walk across the fairways. The golf course agent indicated they had no ADA golf cart ability. Due to the excessive walking at the golf course due to the cartpath only rule. I was only able to play nine holes. I visited the golf shop after nine holes and inquired about a credit for the nine holes. I was not able to play. Although the course was very accommodating in granting me Holes in the future, I was told they would only hold this nine hole guarantee for one week. I told them I was not sure my knee would be healed within a week and that did not matter to them. Also, the only way to note my nine hole Guarantee was on a sticky note with my name on it. That sticky note could be lost anywhere on the Golf Pro registration desk. Seemed like a very unprofessional way to grant a nine hole credit.

This is such a fun track, we try to play each time we are in the Phoenix area. Played just after overseeding, so cart path only, always makes the round a bit longer, but no surprises there. Course was generally in good condition and greens in particular were very nice. Not a cheap course to play, but still more affordable than many courses in the area that are not as nice.

The course was fun and challenging great for long ball hitters

Beautiful course with very forgive layout. Provides some challenging shot opportunities depending on how much you want to take on.

Great greens, really good conditions for pre over seed. Definitely playing it again.
