Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia
About
Now you can play in Peoria. Book a round at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, which Golf Digest magazine gave five stars out of five, an honor only a couple dozen North American golf courses share - no other in Arizona. Courses with the distinction include Bethpage Black, Pebble Beach, Bandon Dunes, TPC Sawgrass and Spyglass Hill. Five stars mean, according to the magazine, "Superb. Golf at its absolute best. Pay any price to play at least once in your life."
Gary Panks designed Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia to enhance the existing environment, and to make the course dramatic and playable. It's a round that should be on the list for a golf trip to Arizona. The par-72 course measures 7,291 yards from the Tournament tees.
After a round at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia head to the Verde Grill for foods both familiar and inventive.

Very nice well worth playing
Nice experience for public play. You get a feel for living on a private golf community without the commitment.?
Vistancia
Great course, friendly staff. Greens were fast, but held the ball. A lot of sand, bring your sand game.
Very Enjoyable
Beautiful course. Fairly Wide fairways on most holes, with sand strategically placed. Every hole was different. The scenery was picturesque. Greens were quick and consistent. Fairways were very nice considering they start overseeding tomorrow. I will be back.
golf now prejudice
After booking a Hot Deal with Golf Now, the guy in the pro shop made a comment that we got a special deal with Golf Now so we had to wait for our time, no driving range balls and they fixed us up with two female hackers that couldn't golf very well. It seems every time I book a Hot Deal, the courses discriminate against us by not giving us good customer service.
Excellent Course
This was the first time I played this course, and I was very impressed. Every hole has a unique challenge, and the course is maintained very well.
Like a country club
Oh, wait. It is a country club. But, I am not a member, but i felt like a member. They really take care of you, from bag drop to cart return. From range to chipping area to practice putting green to the course, all in great condition and very enjoyable. Long and challenging, and my tip of the day - stay out of the sand. Though challenging, very fair.
Great day at Trilogy at Vistancia
The staff was excellent, and the course is in great shape. I ready to play it again.
triple star
the golf course over all is well maintain staffs are ok..
Great Course
Always love coming to play here, great course and clubhouse.
Staff and greens need work!
Play this course frenquently and the guys they have working up front never seem to greet you or want to take and load your bag when you arrive. When you finish your round most places the guys will meet and clean your clubs to make a couple of bucks right! Not this place.. Yesterday for example, I pull in after I'm done playing I look at both guys one Grabs a cart and takes off the other sits at the podium and eats his lunch...
Greens are coming along but still very bumpy especially with shorter putts..
Hi @Davidbbmw - thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are a few team members down at the moment, but that should not impact the guest experience in any way, so we apologize for this occasion. Your feedback helps us to improve. Thanks again, and we hope to see you back out on the course soon!
Great course
Played last Monday and was paired with a couple course members. The course greens were plugged a few weeks ago and were slow because of it. The course was a little longer and tougher then some I have played in the last month. Had fun and the course was great, also had a good driving range.
really great course
Aside from the obvious heat problems the course was in pretty good shape. The greens were running nice and quick.
If I had a complaint, it would be that the bunkers needed more sand and a good raking. I ended up in a flat spot in the bottom of a bunker and barely left a mark. Of course, a bullet across the green was the result because I couldn't get under the ball.
CP
Great course, hot day but course in good shape. Greens FAST!!!!!
Love the course itself. Mixed feelings about operations.
The course was great, as always. Can't beat the value. My issue always seems to be with the operations side of the course and my latest round was no different. Three groups were sent out consecutively before us (I believe one twosome and two foursomes? Could be wrong). We were encouraged to go and tee off around 8:10am (8 minutes prior to our scheduled time). It took one hole before we inevitably caught up to the group in front of us and there was no separation from there on out. Each tee box was a 5-10 minute wait, and at times reaching 15 minutes. We did not see a marshal the entire day and ended up finishing 18 holes in well over 5 hours despite that fact that we were told several groups ahead of us called it quits mid-round due to the heat. It made for a frustrating day of golf as we were constantly worried about playing up into the group ahead of us and feeling the pressure of a twosome behind us.
The beverage cart employee had no desire to be working. When a player in my group expressed that the bathroom code on his cart was incorrect and he was not able to use the facility, she mocked him.
The value, course layout and level of challenge keep me coming back, but I continue to be suspect about the course operation and hospitality that I receive each time I play here.
Hi @BBurgoz we really appreciate you taking the time to write your review. Good news is that the course keeps you coming back and you love the challenge - that we are glad to hear. We are concerned to learn about your experience with our staff but we thank you for bringing these points to our attention, and we will raise these items with our team to ensure our service meets our high standards.

challenging course
fun to play, enough trouble all around you if you don't pay attention. course a bit dry but expected it going into overseeding soon.
advertised 1.00 beers in the clubhouse....we stopped in after our round at 315 but was charged 3.00 a beer.....? F&B personnel should know what the pro shop is advertising by the flyers on the front check in counter.
Hi @mdimperio so glad you had fun out there. Our team should have helped clear that one up for you. Our $1 beers are available from the refreshment cart during your round and not at V's Taproom. We do apologise for any misunderstanding. We will ensure our team communicate more clearly. Thank you again for visiting - come back soon!

Challenging
One of the tougher Troon courses I have played. Lots of fairway bunkers, desert, green side bunkers and water hazards. For the first time player I would recommend the Green tees. Don't be fooled or the course will eat you
Trilogy
Very nice course and in very good shape. The greens are fast but roll true this is a very nicely layed out course and is still challenging.
One of the most boring courses in Arizona
I found this course extremely boring and monotonous. 3/4 Par 3s are almost the same length give or take pin placement. Holes may have slight doglegs left or right, but elevation change was only noticeable on one or two holes. Furthermore, the course was in terrible condition (see pictures). Both of these pictures were taken in the middle of the fairway. The greens were brown and spotted with patches of dirt. I can't believe this course was ever rated one of the top courses to play by Golf Digest, but then when I researched further, I learned that was 8 years ago. Clearly, things have gone downhill since then. Do not play this course.
Hi @dfantastic, we're sorry you didn't enjoy your round but we appreciate you taking the time to review the course. It's important to us that we hear both the good and bad so that we may continue to improve.
Firstly, let's chat through the course condition. Your photos accurately show what is known as verticutting marks which assist transition. What is often interpreted as neglect is actually really a par for any Valley course at this time of year. Nevertheless, you did certainly capture one of the more discolored areas. Our course maintenance team will be wincing at that one! We as much as anyone are hoping for a little rain to help that transition along. Believe it or not, it's close to looking great again.
We're sad you didn't enjoy the course layout as we're pretty proud of our Gary Panks design. You correctly identified that our Golf Digest review was a little while ago now, but the structure of the course hasn't changed any. Hopefully the dollar beers left a better aftertaste and you'll consider us again in the future.
Beautiful course with lots of sand
Got a last min tee time for 10:14am on Memorial Day. Confirmation email stated my new tee time was 10:24am and they were running another 20 min or longer behind. Took 5 hours to finish as we were more than backed up on the front 9 but we picked up the pace on the back since some groups stopped after the first 9. Plenty of water available on the course which was needed since they only had one cart girl. Definitely should have had 2 going around.
Staff were great and handed out passes for return play at $25 pp for a group of 4. I returned 2 days later and played solo at 3:45pm and got done in 2 hours and 20 min. Much better pace!
Would like to see them have capabilities to put in an order by whole 7 to pick up at the turn. Course is challenging and I'll be back for more this summer.
Transition Time
It's that time of year waiting for the Bermuda grass to flourish, so - lots of tight lies and short grass. Greens and t-boxes good.
