Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Links Course
About
The Links at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is the "younger" of two golf courses on the Biltmore property, and offers intelligence and innovation, with little room for impatience, on a much-feted design that fast gained reverence from both local and visiting golfers. The golf course features fairways that wind amidst lush pine trees and some of Phoenix's showier houses, greens so bunkered that precision is the minimum to shoot for, and contoured greens that roll as they come. Put the ball where it belongs, and it'll show up on the scorecard; put the ball where it doesn't, and that will show up, too.
After your round on the Links at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, head in for one of several dining options, from Southwestern to French to Asian to fusion dishes, as well as snacks and high tea post-tee.

Great course
Got around in 3:40... Unbelievable.
first timer
The course was in excellent shape
A very enjoyable course.
Links is a much more interesting course than Adobe, with varied hole designs and changes in elevation. Not a long course from the white tees, but club selection and where to hit the ball require some thought, especially on the back 9, which as some sloping fairways and elevated greens. My only concern with this course is the quality of the bunkers with crusty and inconsistent sand. Pace of play was quite good on a busy day. This is a course I will play again.
Great Course
Joined a twosome and had a wonderful afternoon of golf and conversation. Tee times are too close, need more space..
Love both Biltmore courses, but please buy more carts
For the amount of money this place does I am blown away how they ALWAYS run out of carts on weekends, usually around 10-11:00am.
Great shop, staff, awesome course, the only complaint I have is that they need more carts. When they run out it sends everything into chaos and it gets backed up. Usually not too slow, but weekend afternoons is when you see a few parties backed up on most tee boxes. They also need to invest in nets to protect their patio and fairways off the driving range, if you hit over there your life is in danger.
Overall love this course and play frequently, hope they listen to the feedback!
Challenging, but worth playing many more times
First played this course over 20 years ago, while in town on business. Now retired, full time resident of North Scottsdale, and played it 10 days ago, and had to come back again. Links course is my favorite and I would highly recommend it to visitors, and year-round residents. I will definitely be back!! Looking for that putting green flag for my 5 hole back yard putting green so that we can say....hit this one to the "Biltmore" ! Thanks!
bilt...
We love the links course and our experience has been usually great.. Slow round but expected this time of year!!! course in good shape even with a lot of rounds!!!!
Get there early on a busy weekend, they can't handle the volume ....
Have played the Biltmore courses before, this was the first time at the Links. We arrived from the hotel across the street, checked in and was totally confused about what the heck was happening. Found out after about 15 minutes that you had to take a shuttle - not your cart - over to the drving range. Okay, I can handle that .. but let me know when I check in, not after I lost some warm up time. Then we had to shuttle back to our cart. Got over to the starter, only to be backed up about 3 foursomes, so obviously - we got off about 15 minutes late. Too bad they couldn't tell me ... could have used more warm up time. Starter told us that the shuttle system is only in place for weekends, because THEY RUN OUT OF CARTS! Really? Yep. Then, the next issue is that they RUN OUT OF RANGE BALLS about mid-day. Unbelievable for a resort course. Not making this up - this was told to us by a staff member. Once out on the course, it was a slow pace of play. Lot's of waiting around on the tee boxes. Course was great, nice layout - except for hole #4 .. .looks like they squeezed that one in as an afterthought, but they did undulate the green to make it more fun. Other negative side would be coolers of water on the course. They did a poor job that day of keeping them filled. Once they were drained, you were out of luck for any water on the course. Staff was great and we had a great day ...
Classic venture in excellent shape
Greens on Links excellent speed , play and roll. City views. Pace of play good. Appreciate resident rate.
Should be sooooo much better.
Was staying at the Biltmore hotel for a conference so decided to come in a day early and hit the golf course. For such a spectacular property, the golf course was terribly underwhelming, especially when compared to the rest of the resort. Ridiculous layout with tee boxes 20 ft from previous greens, unspectacular course design and poorly maintained. I am used to resort style golf, but these
Courses (both Adobe and Links) should be held to a much higher standard. Resort management needs to address.
Pace of Play
The course was drastically over booked. The first three holes had a 30+ minute wait and at least 2 foresomes waiting while a third was teeing off. The entire round took almost 5 and a half hours and we only got in 15 before it was dark. The course was in great shape, it was a shame that they overbooked it the way they did.
A Disappointment
It took over three hours to play 9 holes of the front nine of The Links course. There was no Marshall and we only saw the cart girl on the second hole and by the green on nine. We quit. After the eleventh hole,as the back nine was looking like the front. Had to wait for a cart for s long time, as they were short with a ladies tournament on the other course. We went to the bar where the staff was friendly and seemed to understand our problem. Range balls are the terrible beat up yellow ones. The Biltmore deserves better!!
Really Slow
Even though we were playing twilight we had every expextation to finish all 18 holes. In reality we waited on every hole and near the end we decided skip past the group in front of us. We discocered that there were tw holes in fron of then with no one there. How do you get two whole holes behind with no Marshall? It started with four groups on the second hole. We were almost 5 hours and never finished.
Beautiful Links Course
Started at 1 pm. It was almost a 5 hour round which made it tough. The Links Course was in great shape. There are some challenges for all playing levels which is a good thing. Each hole presents a very different layout. Many holes present great views of the surrounding area. Definitely play this course. Be aware that it may be a long round due to winter visitors, across from the resort and combined with a great price for a round.
Good price on Golf.now
Good track. A little short, with slow greens. Kept in great condition. Would play again.
Whats needed.
I have played this course several times over the years. My recent round was by far the slowest. They overbooked tee times, did not see a Marshall all day. Groups were hitting from the tips that had no business doing so. Started at 2pm and got 16 holes in. Did not see the cart girl the whole back 9 and the snack bar was already closed when we made the turn??
Great variety and routing!
We enjoyed the variety, flow, and routing of holes around the Biltmore property. Good turf and consistent greens.
Too slow
Everything was good except the pace of play. This place needs a ranger, otherwise one or two people wreck it for every other golfer behind them.
Course was good
The course was good. We played the Links. It is very confusing trying to find your way around the course when its your first time. It took over an hour to get the first four holes in. The course played very slow in the front nine. Play picked up a little in the back as some of the players ahead quit after nine. Than to top it all
off our cart broke down on the 15th hole so we had to get another cart to push us in.
Great Day on The Links
Course in excellent shape. Greens didn't hold very well, and were slow to putt. Pace of play better than average for this time of year.
