The golf course and club is being renovated and you can tell things are coming along. Great progress so far. Fairways were in great shape. Fantastic staff. Will come back again.

We see the construction to improve the course condition all around yes to that, fairways hit and miss so are the greens but this is hot weather and issues with sprinklers, but we still enjoy the round

Good, challenging course. Pro Shop and Grill need some upgrades.

I played on a holiday weekend, and it kind of seemed like maybe they gave the grounds crew the weekend off, because everything was really badly in need of mowing; the tea boxes were super long, so you needed a really long tee to get your ball up above the grass and the greens hadn’t been cut in quite a few days and were very long and slow so you really had to hit the ball hard to get it across the green. I love the layout of this course, and it really enjoyed playing it even on this date when it wasn’t in the best of conditions, the staff is always very friendly and accommodating, and I definitely will return again.

This was a spectacular course when opened few years ago, gradually gone down each year. It still is nice lay out but in terrible.condition. Hope by next season, when update is complete, it will be good again.

Nice course. Looks like they’re making upgrades. I enjoyed playing it and although the course could have been better with some things I’ll give it another shot. Pace of play was my only gripe.

had a tee time with my fiancé at Foothills golf club but I had to take my mom last minute on a surprise hospital visit. We called them to let them know we will not make our morning tee time and to please cancel it as we booked a later tee time for the same day at their course to still play. They confirmed they had cancelled it and we showed up later for our tee time paid and played. A few days later I received an email from golfnow stating that FGC had requested I be charged still for the “no show round” we had cancelled with them for a later time. I called and spoke to the manager at FGC who claimed he saw it and would take care of it for us but alas it has not been done. I cannot recommend them anymore and will not be returning if this is how they treat long time patrons.

Everything on the course was shut down to snack bar there was no cart girl driving range was closed. If I would have know about all the renovations I might have gone somewhere else. Not a bad course.

I don’t know how they can charge any amount of money to play this course with the greens in the condition they’re in. This place needs to be completely closed for “renovations” while troon tries to turn this goat track around. I hope they do, but they don’t appear to have gotten off to a good start.
