Bumpy ride
Course in Good Shape however the Water fountains and the Golf cart trail need attention
Potholes
Ok for the price. No snackbar until weekend. Watch out for all the DEEP potholes on cart path...especially at the 1st hole. Really bad first impression.
Cheap round; friendly staff
Let's start with the fact that the prices here are low compared to many in the area. If you just want to get out and play quickly on what is essentially an executive course this is your place. Or, if you are new to golf this is a good place to go.
For experienced golfers this is a tough course play. The greens are rough (pun intended). The greens are splotchy and the ball rolls oddly. The driving range hitting area is fine, but the actual range is pure dirt. The chipping green is okay and the putting green is decent.
The staff is awesome. Super nice. Open to telling you how the course is playing on the day. This is the type of course 13 year old me would have loved to play often. I could play it cheaply and often. As an adult that likes a nice course this is not the spot to go.
My son is young, next time I go back is when he is ready to start playing more seriously. I probably won't be back unless I have an itch that really needs to be scratched.
Decent Course
Play this course quite a bit as it is close to me. When I 1st stared playing about 5 years ago this course was in bad shape and it showed everywhere. No sure if they got new management and staff, but the last couple of years the course conditions have improved leaps and bounds. No longer a sand/gravel lot. Fairways are presto green on the regular and the greens are definitely better. Great course to play if you are a beginner and a good course to sharpen up your short game.
Very underwhelming and slow
Potholes all over the cart path. No ranger to keep pace of players, and multiple groups of 2 instead of being paired together.
Greens and fairways had lots of weeds and not well maintained.
I would recommend playing at a different course.
Player
Greens are like putting on outdoor carpet ! To much debre on greens , leaves , branches , and geese crap ! How do you putting over all of that ?
Bang for your buck
Overall great experience. Super fun place to practice a lot of par 3s. Greens are a bit spotty. Every green speed was different and hard to get a hang of. Solid course for price too. They have a very nice setup with telling you when you are up over loud speaker too
Sad to see a property not living up to its potential.
It has the feel of a well-worn municipal golf course. It's a shame that somebody hasn't realized the demographics within 2 miles of this golf course. The location right off the 51, the proximity to desert ridge these things add up to a real gold mine if somebody could just get their head out of their butt. Spend some money on this little place!
Great time...
As usual, i had a great time. Unfortunately, I ended up laying by myself. Other then that everything was great!
Good day
Fairways are in pretty good condition. Greens need a lot of work. An inexpensive day on the golf course iwith awesome weather is never a bad day. Take your lunch/snack as restUrNt is closed.
Good Course
Course in good shape, due to all the rain, only issue no amenities.
