Paradise Valley Golf Course

This is a fast fun challenging course, as always the greens and nice and friendly staff… slowly becoming one of my favorites.

The reviews are accurate. The course is in a sad state, more weeds than grass and craters on the cart paths. The back 9 was slightly better than the front. A little maintenance would make a big difference. Pace was a little slow, but not the worst on a Saturday. The guy in the pro shop was super nice and the great ladies I got paired with made it a fun day, despite the course conditions. My expectations were not high based on the reviews and the price. Honestly, for $45 I will return as it was still good practice!

Greens are in poor condition and this is peak season. Weeds need to be mowed and potholes in cart paths are very large where you have to drive around .

Without a doubt, most golfers need to brush up on their short game. This is a great venue for just that.

My brother and I played an 18-hole round this weekend and we had a lot of fun. The course has some easy as well as very challenging holes. We try to improve our score there every time we play. It is a very nice course and highly recommend it. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD. THE OLD MAN WORKING THE DESK SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! I HAVE BEEN GOLFING MY WHOLE LIFE AND I HAVE NEVER NEEN TREATED SO RUDELY BY AN EMPLOYEE. I MADE A TEE TIME FOR MYSELF AND WHEN HE TOLD ME I WOULD BE GOLFING WITH OTHER RANDOM PEOPLE I POLITELY TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT TO GOLF WITH OTHERS. HE THEN BEGAN TO SWEAR AT ME, FLAIL HIS ARMS LIKE A CHILD, AND THREW MY RECIEPT AT ME AND TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE GOLFED AT THIS COURSE THIS EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY UNNECESSARILY RUDE. DO NOT GOLF HERE!

The course is a nice, moderate level course with good pace of play. The course has a good mix of hole distances for club variation training. Although no one answers the phone when you call, which was odd.

Conveniently located in the center of Phoenix Metro, you can practice your short game at a very low cost. Everyone needs work on their short game. Good luck.

Course was in rough shape. Missing chunks of cart paths. Greens were interspersed with a type of grass/weed that caused bumps on the surface that move the ball offline when putting.

Washrooms on the course are disgusting. Sinks filthy very dirty, toilets and floors not any better. One does not use let alone touch anything.

No excuse, bathrooms should be cleaned everyday and not just spraying with a hose once in a while which at best may be what is currently happening. Locks on those bathroom doors with a bit of effort could be made to work.

Garbage cans at holes over flowing.

A small effort to do these small things can make a big difference to ratings.

Have at the least a cooler/machine where a person could purchase a beverage, water pop. Should not require assistance from staff if a reliable unit used. Again a convenience for your customers, small effort required by course.v

Figure out some way to get some water regularly on the greens.

Join up two somes and singles together. Would definitely help with pass of play. If no starter than the pro shop staff should be able to do that at check in.

Staff is extremely friendly unfortunately the course conditions are not up to standard of courses around it.
