About
Some consider the Estates course (formerly known as Adobe golf course) at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club to be grand and stately, a prime example of golf course design in the pre-modern era, combining rare beauty with solid trickery. It makes for a round both relaxing and challenging played on lush 50-year-old fairways, with a spacious layout, reminding on of golf as it ought to be played: the glory days when graphite went into pencils and balls were only white.
The Adobe golf course at the Arizona Golf Club measures 6,430 yards from the white tees and comes in at par-71.
Due to the mild Arizona winters, the Adobe Golf Course at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is open year-round.

Great for average golfer
Wife and I really enjoyed the openness of
the course. Open fairways Though a bit hard) , greens were in very good shape.. Not very busy so pace of play was good.
RIP OFF
I have played the Biltmore many times, this is the first time I have nothing good to say about it. The fairways had burnt out and hard pan spots and spots that were swamp like. The greens were soaked and SLOW. Had to pay $10.00 for a bucket of range balls and $6.50 for a 12 oz Miller Lite.
I will have to really think twice about playing the Biltmore ever again.
Enjoyable day on the course
The course is nice for the price. Pretty flat and not too challenging but well kept and great area and surroundings. Signage is a little difficult between a few holes.
A Fait Test
For the average golfer this is a fair test of skills. The round was very quick in the front but slowed down coming in. Still a good pace in just over 4 hour. Greens were a bit hairy but read well.
Great for the money
Course was in good shape, layout was pretty uninteresting and very very flat. Friendly staff. Spectacular value.
Good resort course
Good wide open course. All in good shape. Had a great afternoon with perf3ct weather. Houses around the course are spectacular
Confusing and signage was about non-existent. Fairways were too close together so they were somewhat dangerous with golfers on other fairways hitting in to you. In a couple of instances we had golfers hitting on the adjacent fairway right next to where we were teeing off.
Fun old Phx tradition !
Biltmore Adobe is fun and forgiving !
Beers are cold and Hot Dogs the BEST!
The course and the weather were perfect!
We were lucky and played in less than 4 hours.
The staff was very friendly. Some of the holes were quite close to each other but most did not feel that way. We will definitely be back to visit AZ and the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club.
Does not feel like Arizona
If you are looking for a desert course, this is not it. More like SoCal. Wide fairways, trimmed rough, very playable for an amateur. Enjoyable but easy. Get out early and you can finish in 3 hours.
Better than average resort course
Surrounded by luxurious homes, the Adobe course is in good condition, but it is flat and unremarkable. The links course is much more senic.

Links course in great shape... played adobe the previous day ..liked links... more interesting layout .
Simple Course
Lots of rave about this course but I found it rather flat, some nice placed sand traps, and generally wide open (except the few holes near the homes). I've played better for less money in Phoenix. Not a bad course but if you are in Phoenix to play, say 4 or 5 courses, leave this one off your list, there are better and more challenging and picturesque.
Really Fun
The AZ Biltmore is conveniently located. It's a 6,000 yard plus course in great shape. We had a lot of fun.
Staff great
Staff was great not only the front office desk but also the outdoor staff members .
I arrived about 40 minutes late for my tee time and they were very accommodating in getting me out onto the course ....
