The executive golf course at Mountain Shadows Golf Club in addition to being an excellent course has the added benefit of having a picturesque location nestled in the foothills of Camelback Mountain, and it also offers views of the equally majestic Mummy Mountains. The oleanders and palm trees sprinkled throughout the course enhance the pleasant atmosphere. The golf course's 18th hole boasts beautiful views of the sunset during the twilight hours but the signature hole is the par-3 12th hole. It plays uphill toward Camelback Mountain and over a pond and brook to a double-tiered green that is well protected by bunkers.

Ok par 3
There was good and bad ! First is when I booked the round I just assumed we were getting a full length at least par 70-72 course and of course it wasn’t ! That’s not Golf Nows fault that’s ours the par is labeled on the booking so duh! But the course was still overpriced for a Par 3 but welcome to Phoenix folks!! Staff was nice greens were nice! More courses should have a couple putting greens around the course like this one did , nice touch!

Beautifully cared for and set in the shadows of Camelback Mountain. This executive course with it's rolling greens are nothing but challenging. Well worth the price of admission.
