About
The executive golf course at Mountain Shadows Golf Club in addition to being an excellent course has the added benefit of having a picturesque location nestled in the foothills of Camelback Mountain, and it also offers views of the equally majestic Mummy Mountains. The oleanders and palm trees sprinkled throughout the course enhance the pleasant atmosphere. The golf course's 18th hole boasts beautiful views of the sunset during the twilight hours but the signature hole is the par-3 12th hole. It plays uphill toward Camelback Mountain and over a pond and brook to a double-tiered green that is well protected by bunkers.

Expensive Par 3 course
Expensive par 3 course with great views of camelback and scenery. Greens are diabolical especially on the back. Probably the greenest course I have played and I’ve played a lot of them, but for the value I would stay away. You could almost okay the phonecian, troon north, legen trail, dove valley, lookout mountain or biltmore estates, camelback padre, talking stick and even tpc chanpions for the SAME PRICE IF NOT CHEAPER if you find hot deals. I paid $90 for myself and 6 year old son. They were nice enough to give us a cart for free with bunch of waters. No range and the putting green was under construction so look to start cold turkey

Bumpy greens
The greens need attention, the greens were patchy and bumpy.
Thank you for playing the Short Course. Most courses in Phoenix aerify greens in early June including us. It takes a couple of weeks to fully recover. They have filled in nicely and ready for the rest of the summer. We hope to see you again soon.
The best par 3 in Scottsdale
I’ve played this course many times. Love the course!
great for pictures but terrible play
More like a glorified mini putt to be honest. Good for teens learning, old seniors and as a staff member said drunken bachelor parties. The green are taken care of but it is a real short course with silly hills and slopes. There is a duck pond and someone had a kayak there for it so it's not at all a good game of golf. The restaurant didnt get my order right but it was okay food. So to sum up, it it looks good, but it wasn't like playing a real round.
Thank you for joining us. We are positioned as a high-end golf resort experience, we just happen to have all Par 3's. We do attract a variety of golfers. From newer golfers, young and old alike, up to private club Members and Professional Tour Players. It's understood that Par 3 golf may not be for everyone and thank you for giving us a try.
