TPC Scottsdale has earned a host of honors, including a spot among the top three Arizona golf facilities for service and among the "Top 50 Golf and Resort Destinations in the World," the latter by no less than Conde Nast Traveler.
The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale sits where the Desert Course did, but offers the thrills of golfing a new course, this one designed by architect Randy Heckenkemper, who did his best to fit the new golf course into the untouched desert land that surrounds it.
The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale rivals its better-known sibling golf course, the Stadium Course, with all the good looks and good golf one might expect in the Scottsdale area.

5 1/2 hr round!! Course marshal said he was moving people along but nothing changed. We actually had 4 groups on a hole.

Pretty nice
For a flat layout right next to the airport it’s a pretty nice track with decent challenge, variety of holes, good layout and conditions. Again, factoring that every course in the area has a plus $100 inflation charge I would say this course is decent value for about 120 bucks, so a bit over priced (even excluding the +100)

Greens are Slow but in Good Shape
I like the layout of TPC Champions. Course was in good shape but they have the greens rolling very slow. I would say about an 8 on the stintmeter which was very disappointing for the green fees paid.
