TPC Scottsdale has earned a host of honors, including a spot among the top three Arizona golf facilities for service and among the "Top 50 Golf and Resort Destinations in the World," the latter by no less than Conde Nast Traveler.
The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale sits where the Desert Course did, but offers the thrills of golfing a new course, this one designed by architect Randy Heckenkemper, who did his best to fit the new golf course into the untouched desert land that surrounds it.
The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale rivals its better-known sibling golf course, the Stadium Course, with all the good looks and good golf one might expect in the Scottsdale area.

Enjoyable round
Fairways coming around nicely after fall reseeding. Greens are not completely filled in yet, but running pretty well. Traps are raked nicely and filled to a good depth with a lighter sand.
Pro shop staff were very friendly. However, prices for a golf shirt with the TPC Logo on it were outrageous! $111 USD!! Only complaint!

Great condition
The conditions were great, but the level of difficulty was kind of not there. Greens rolled great, but not super fast. The juicy IPAs after the round were delicious. :-)

They are coasting on the TPC brand. This is nothing special, esp for the price. The airplane noise is annoying as well. Go to Troon, Boulders, Frayhawk or Quintero. All better for the money.

First time playing, impressed with staff, practice area and 19th hole. Course was cart path only, which made for long round. Layout ok, rather long par fours from the white tees?

Decent fall day -
Course condition good not great, not poor,. The greens were long, slow and some bumpy. Fairways good, sand traps in great condition. Pace was great, but cart path only made things drag a bit.
