very nice layout. you need to keep it straight. The grass is a little thin on both the fairways and greens. Greens rolled true though.

Challenging course. Traps need more sand. Fairway grass was a little thin compared to other courses I played.. Friendly staff.

A very nice course in great condition. The front nine was easier than the back. More elevation changes on the back. Wished they had the course layout on the scorecard.

My tee time was early morning. I was a single. I got paired with two other singles. We got done in about 3 hours. The course layout was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The course conditioning was very good, but I gave it 3 out 5 stars because the greens were a bit scruffy and dimpled. A good roll out and they’d be fine. Overall, an excellent value for the money.

For those that have played here before, the range is in great place now. Course in very good shape. Greens are excellent. Staff good but guy I'm pro shop is grumpy.

Great condition, beautiful views and fair layout. Only downside is the pace of play, and the bar and grill shuts down at 5.

90* on the course now that over seed season is over and the course couldn't be in better shape! Course conditions kinda what like what the pro's play! Greens sitting somewhere around 8-9 on the stemp! And the greens still have those pesky subtle breaks around the holes! Dastardly! Greenies on the north side of a hundy now and will climb as the season progresses but still a better value then some of the other local area venues. Better get out there now!

Pace of play was very slow - 5 hour round. The marshal was useless.

Nice course. Horrible pace of play. Marshall was useless. Too bad because it was a nice course. Almost 5 hours to play and you could drive to your ball.

Very nice course...front nine easier than the back. Course knowledge is a definite plus. You do need to be accurate off of the tee—because they have more narrow fairways with junk and homes on the sides. Would definitely play it again!

The Head Greenskeeper and his staff have done an excellent job in cleaning out the scrub from the desert areas and now you can clearly see how the course was originally designed.

I was looking for a great alternative to the top end courses with top end prices. Legends Trail fit the bill. The course design by Rees Jones was solid. Very good layout, topography, and views. If you drive it straight you can score here. If you are crooked off of the tee it is all you want.

The only difference between this course and the big boys (Troon North, Quintero and We Ko Pa) is the green speed, bunker condition and the fact that the houses all look the same and some come close to the course in places. Tee to green, it is a good test in good shape and a pleasure to play.

If you are looking for a very good course at a moderate price, it is a good choice.

Really enjoyed my first time here. Beautiful weather and got paired up with 3 locals who were a lot of fun. Course had just come out of overseed the day before and was green and lush. Greens were a bit slow and fuzzy but to be expected considering the overseed schedule. I found the layout to be very interesting with many different looks. There were some holes that were challenging but I enjoyed that aspect. Staff were friendly and on top of things at all times. Will return.

I try to play here whenever I’m in town. At least 2 or 3 times each visit.

Good looking golf holes and par 3’s are all good looking.

Very playable for all handicaps.
