Pinnacle at Troon North Golf Club

The course really makes you focus on your overall game. Especially the approach shots of getting over the wash. Even if you didn’t bring your A game; the scenery alone was absolutely breathtaking. The course was in perfect condition. The tee boxes provided ample benefits for all handicaps. I would absolutely play this course again. I’m looking forward to playing Monument next time.

First time playing in the desert and this was a fantastic facility. Greens were fast and firm. Overall conditions were excellent and meticulously maintained. Rangers were present and active in keeping groups on pace which was much appreciated.

This was my first trip to Troon and definitely won't be my last. The staff was very nice, we had a caddy for the day that was helpful and the course was one of the best I've played. The course was in unbelievable shape, there wasn't a bade of grass out of place that I could find. I have played a lot of golf courses across the United States and this was one that I found myself wanting to take a picture of every hole. The only downside was the price, in the courses defense we were there in peak season, but it's not a course I would want to pay to play more than a couple times a year.

One of the best maintained tracks I’ve played in a long time ! Pace of play was 4:35. Greens were mod fast prob 11. Tee boxes fairway ruff were in great shape. The only issue I had was one of the 3 bunkers I hit today not Mich Sand vs other two were very good!

We had a fun round w a couple we were paired with. They were friendly and great to be with. The course condition was terrific and the pace of play was perfect.

One of my favorite desert style courses for quality of conditions, level of challenge and scenery. I play it as often as my pocketbook allows! Was happy to find an online rate through GolfNow that was 1/2 the going rate. After unusual morning light rain and overcast the weather started to clear as we started the round and my game heated up as the temperature rose. Will know to keep an eye out for future online specials (was not a hot deal).

Troon North Monument is a great layout, you will use almost every club in your bag during the round. Our range finders got a workout, too. Greens were fast, they took a little getting used to. The facility and staff were great, we received first class service.

The bag drop, pro shop and cart attendants always are friendly and do a great job here of taking care of the golfers. The practice range, chipping area and putting green were in nice shape as usual. Brett the starter did a nice job explaining some course details and we teed off on time despite the other twosome showing up there at the last minute. I find that the fairways are somewhat spacious here and the GPS system is very helpful in determining distances for proper club selection from the tee box. The greens were in great condition and the ball tracked nicely. The back nine has some wonderful views late in the round from the tee boxes.

A stop in the Dynamite grill after the round is a must for some of their great happy hour food, beverages and a view from inside or on the deck.

We really enjoyed our day at Troon North. The course was difficult, but fair. Without having gotten "a deal" on GolfNow, we would've struggled with the cost/value. Course was in great shape but the greens were inconsistent..some fast others materially slower. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good and quite reasonable.

Why have a marshal if all he does is ride around to tell you there is a really slow group two ahead of you?

Last time I checked, an on course marshal was to ensure pace of play not explain why you are 1 hour behind pace.

Great course, just needs to enforce a 4:30 round...

Also hidden “water surcharge “? Just tell me in advance what the price is...

Troon North has a great reputation and my experience bore out that reputation. It is an amazingly good golf course. Excellent condition, excellent course design. Pace of play was fine.

Played the course early afternoon, $84 on golf now. What a great day! Layout, conditions and views incredible. Being from the northeast this was a totally different experience. Staff also very friendly and helpful. This is a must when visiting Scottsdale/Phoenix.

The course is overrated in my opinion. Layout is meh and course is not that challenging.

I got a good rate after 1, but I am not sure the value is good otherwise....

Great course beautiful condition. Definitely worth the money.

We visit here every year and Troon North is always a must play. It is a real treat.
