Oasis/Desert at Phoenician, The

The fairways are in really bad shape! I’ve played this course for years and ithe fairways are definitely in need of some serious attention, especially for this price point. I really love this property and I hope they can fix it!

I played this course with my father over the weekend. He is from out of town. We have played several courses, including Quintero, Verrado, We Ko Pa etc and while I have golf this course several times and it is one of my favorites. He say his favorite course he has golfed in the valley. It is very friendly resort course with some unique holes and the back 9 has a beautiful view of Phoenix.

The course was amazing and worth every penny. I do think that the expectations of an enhanced golf experience at a place like the Phoenician is not unreasonable. There was no cart person at all the entire day despite being told there would be one. It might seem small but we were out for a great time and because of the rush to sunset didn’t have the time to stop at the turn. It made a great experience okay in our eyes as there are other courses that are competitive in tjis price range or higher that would not eliminate that add-on.

Loved it and wanna play it 5 more times this week.

Small practice facilities, but everything else was was outstanding.

Course was beautiful. Good shots rewarded and bad ones penalized.

Awesome experience. Very pricey. Got hung up behind group in front of us. Food cart was not great but the course conditions were exceptional

Great resort course. Loved the forgiving play. Did NOT like the layout. Crazy to drive all over the place to find hole #10! Sadly we were rained out as I would have enjoyed finishing the round.

Nice course with lots of condos, houses, villas and hotel. Front nine is narrow and it looks like they have built too many properties around the golf course. Be straight or your ball will be in a house. Tough greens. We viewed them as fast. Back nine nicer and offers some nicer views.

We played the back tees on the front nine and moved up a tee box for the back, which was a good decision as it allowed us to be more consistent.

Everything I expected when booking this course! Just be ready for a second mortgage if you’re ordering drinks

Great course. The greens rolled true. The back 9 going up the mountain has some killer views. Front 9 was nice but nothing spectacular. I think it’s a value call, Scottsdale winter prices is what it is. I would definitely play it again but not at such a premium cost for the green fees.

We really enjoyed playing this course. The views were amazing at every turn. Pace of play was excellent
