About
Great Eagle Golf Club, rated one of the most affordable golf courses in Arizona, is a championship course in the West Valley. Although it has a traditional design there are several unique and challenging elements that come into play such as undulating mounds that cause uneven lies and well-guarded greens. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course offers three sets of tee boxes so that there is some flexibility regarding levels of challenge, but overall the course is suitable for any player. The Great Eagle Golf Club, in addition to the course, also offers both a chipping green and a putting green.

Play this course every week This was the worst it has ever been. Started the day with a cart that was struggling to move. After 3 holes it quit running . Took a half an hour to get another cart . thenxt cart lasted all of 2 holes it quit. Another 40 minutes to get another cart . WE lost well over an hour of playing time and got stuck behind a bunch of people who did not seem know what they were doing!!!! Tried to make a complaint with the pro shop but they had already locked the doors!!!!!!
Until this course pays attention to maintaining the areas outside of fairways and greens it will always be a cow pasture.
Enjoyable golf
We enjoy the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere at Great Eagle.
Staff is great Love the back 9.
Fish at the Grill afterwards on Friday was Awesome very tasty!
Experienced broker down cart
Great Eagle is always a bit rough and the greens are slow, which I’ve come to expect, but the price is usually fair. Not so fast (nor so fair this time) because our group also had to deal with a broken down golf cart on the 15th hole. The batteries were fine, but the cart wouldn’t run. So that rather disrupted our round!
