About
Arizona Traditions Golf Club offers a parkland style golf course that has panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains. An enhancement project for the course in 1998 put in an abundance of trees, shrubs, and flowers on the course. Although it has a short layout, the golf course is quite challenging with difficult sloped greens and rolling fairways lined with forestry. Rolling hills, extensive greenside and fairway mounding, and water hazards provide an interesting game. Five sets of tee boxes ensure that golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the course. Arizona Traditions Golf Club also has a driving range, chipping area, and putting green for golfers to use.

So so
They want you to pay for cart after I paid on Golfnow. I went with three other people who owned their carts and they said pay for going by yourself or go with one who owns their cart. ???? And when booking said cart included which has been the case every time I play there.
Traditions shotgun start
Some ground under repair markings caused balls to plug and it was on 4/5 holes
Pin placements very tough which was awesome - but tee boxes need a little refreshment

Good day for golf
Nice day for golfing. A little breezy but not too bad. Course was in good shape and greens were very good and quite fast. Some of the pin placements were on a steeper grade than I would have liked which I guess is one of the defenses of the course. Pace of play was good except the slower group in front of us. Marshall talked to them and they seemed to pick up the pace on the back nine. Shot gun start on this day which I didn't mind, got everyone going at the same time.

Shot gun start so pace was a bit slow at times…….not terrible and the greens fast and tricky. Just fine !

Windy day
First time at Arizona Traditions. Greens and fairways good shape. Little grass in rough and around greens. Lots of run off areas with no grass make first timer golfers shaking their heads . Staff super friendly and pace of play good.

pushed for no reason
Been a Snow bird for 6 years now and play twice a week on the west side of phoenix never been pushed by the course marshall and threatened to get kicked off the course before for going to slow. we were started on hole 5 A group after 2nd hole never seen group B behind us on a tee box waiting for us. We were done i. 4 hours 1 minute. Waited in the club house for close to 10 minutes to be waited on. Just to order 2 drinks. It was 30 minutes the rest of the feild filtered in from the course The course marshall in my opinion was rude. won't be back David Dougherty
AZ Traditions
Excellent fairways and greens. Greens were very fast. Do not be above the hole.
The only negative was a shotgun start.
I will play it again.

Pace Of Play
I love this course. I usually play here once a month. Afternoons tends to be slow and there is no staff to push along the slow players. This time we had to skip a hole with slow players because two holes ahead of them were open.
Nice
We played in less than 4 hrs on a Saturday. Decent condition, with a few rough spots on a couple of greens. Priced right at $50-$75.

Great Value; some very poor greens.
Great value leads to busy, slow pace weekends. Couple of greens had some rough damage. Overall good experience, especially for the rate.
Always a good bang for the buck
The fairways were in good condition and there was definite evidence of work being done to continue to keep the course in good condition. They're doing a good job always trying to make things better. We played in the afternoon shotgun and finished 10 minutes short of 4 hours. There are some greens that have some unfair slopes, but on this day the pins were in spots that made them much more playable. The layout has just enough variation that there's a little challenge for everyone.

Solid course
Very solid course. The greens were a bit inconsistent and marked up. Minor issues really, will be back to play it again for sure.

Arizona golf
I guess you just have to be prepared to over pay in Arizona in the winter. Wouldn't pay $40 to play here in Illinois, probably wouldn't even play here.
