About
Arizona Traditions Golf Club offers a parkland style golf course that has panoramic views of the White Tank Mountains. An enhancement project for the course in 1998 put in an abundance of trees, shrubs, and flowers on the course. Although it has a short layout, the golf course is quite challenging with difficult sloped greens and rolling fairways lined with forestry. Rolling hills, extensive greenside and fairway mounding, and water hazards provide an interesting game. Five sets of tee boxes ensure that golfers of all skill levels can enjoy the course. Arizona Traditions Golf Club also has a driving range, chipping area, and putting green for golfers to use.

Arizona Traditions in July
Arizona Traditions is always a great course too play. Fair and challenging. Nice layout even though Hole 3 with the sun rising could be a challenge. IT's July and all the courses are being affected by the lack of rain and high temperature. However, the staff are doing the best they can and the course is playable. Several wet spots around the green from the sprinklers. The greens are getting a bit ratty but no enough to dissuade me from playing it again and soon.

Great course in the winter but it’s in rough shape this summer. Greens and fairways are no good.

Summer golf in AZ
Great course!! Leaving this review for the 1 and 2 star reviews. Remember it’s a 100 plus degrees for golf and the course was in great shape. Your box would be in bad shape if you were in this heat so give them a break!! Will be back for sure.

excessive wear
Tee boxes were bad, mostly dirt. Fairways a little better. Greens had brown spots. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Way overpriced
Very disappointed. Paid$45 for a course where the tee boxes were in bad condition. The fairways were brown and actually muddy. The greens were patchy. Knowing the course was in this condition there is no way they should charge that kind of money.

Ok for the price
Played early in the AM, and they were punching the fairways in front of us on the first 9. Also, the card died on the 12th hole and had to wait for a new one to be brought out. Usually this course plays very slow (5+hour rds) but got out early enough to where it didn't get backed up.

Continuing the Tradition
I have been playing Arizona Traditions regularly over the last month and am enjoying the friendly staff, great price and overall condition of the course. It has been in toe 100's and all courses will be affected but for the price and experience Arizona Traditions is definitely worth it. Once this writeup is submitted I will be making another time to play this course.
