Pace of play was terrible we were only able to finish 15 holes

I'm just getting back into golf. I live in Happy Trails. The course is close, great prices, and not too difficult and crowned. I was surprised by how many people were playing that late in the day..., I guess winter is officially here in Arizona now.

80 degrees - Terribly overwatered, puddles and mud holes galore. Fairways mowed too clearly which requires more water. Greens were fair. Could be a good course but maintenance is horrible. Course super needs to be step it up! Not a good value by any means.

Almost a 5 hour round, no rangers to be found to help with slow play. 3 four somes waiting to tee off on one including one 5 some causing groups to be delayed. Golf before 1pm if you don’t wanna finish in the dark.

No Marshall and slow play is annoying. Played 4 hours and were only on 14 before it was too dark.

So disappointed in how the fairways have been taken care of. We haven’t been here in 3 years.

Started right on time. Play backed up on a few holes but who can complain when you are in the Arizona sunshine on a golf course? Course condition was good. No beverage cart. Played on a Friday. Round took 4.5 hours. Will be back.

The course is in excellent condition and one of my favorite courses in the area.

Played as single with three other golfers. All average to high handicap casual players. Tee times spread out and had no waiting on front nine despite being cart path only. Unfortunately, backed up at the turn and was the fourth group on the tee at number 10, all because a foursome stopped for food at the restaurant and then came back out to resume play. Still played in 4 hours on a Sunday. Relatively easy short course but good conditions and was worth the money.

Nice little course. Greens are solid. Fairways are fairly well covered. Starter and rangers were helpful. Not a lot of choice at clubhouse or cart for drinks/food. Play back tees if you drive over 250 consistently.

AZT is in great condition coming out of overseed. From tee to green the grass is lush. Barely a bare spot on the course. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Hats off to the owners and Suprintendent on presenting a super facility to the public. The greens fees are moderately priced, The pace of play was good and the Player Assistants were out on the course making sure everyone was moving.
